AZ Pyramid Services was originally started as a scrap yard in Mesa, AZ by Robert Balzano in the late 1960's. The special attention Robert provided to customer needs, with an emphasis on service, resulted in unprecedented growth and his company, then called Midwest Metal Services, grew from a small junk yard with two employees to a full-service scrap yard with 27 full-time employees.
After nearly 20 years of running a scrap yard Robert decided to simplify and formed Pyramid Services in 1985, a container roll off company without all the employees and overhead. Well, if you know Robert you know his old school values and attention to customer service soon caused Pyramid to boom again and before he knew it Robert had a couple hundred containers scattered at customers all around the Valley.

Pyramid Services was a vendor that was hired by my landscaping contractor to dispose of yard debris during our project. Upon delivery of one of the dumpsters the driver damaged one of the city's main water valves that is located on our property. We had 1 full 10 yard dumpster (2 tons) out front sitting in the street. I arrived home this past Thursday to find that all of the debris had been dumped in my front yard. I contacted Pyramid Services and spoke with one of the owners who informed me that the damage to the water line was not their problem and did not offer any solutions to take care
