I was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana and graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a degree in Computer Information Systems. I became a State Farm team member in 2012 and loved protecting the community. On the weekends, you can catch me on any of our local tennis courts. I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter exploring the many trails and water holes that we have here!

Taylor is a great agent. He took over a location that had a high turnover of agents and has worked hard to earn the business. I have found him to be always available and open in discussing how to navigate insurance claims including should we file a claim, how to do so and what are some of the intricacies in the process. He doesn't pretend to know it all-- when he doesn't know he calls underwriting or whomever immediately to get yiu answers. If it will take a bit more time, he takes the time and follows through.

I recently moved to a new apartment and was looking for a great rate with great coverage for renters insurance. I came across State Farm and spoke with Gaby. I usually don’t leave many reviews but I had such a great experience and Gaby was very professional and helpful! I would recommend to friends and family for sure!!

Taylor is a great insurance agent. He's very knowledgeable about the products he sells. He is also dependable and always there when I call. I've called him several times at night and off hours and he has no problem taking those calls at all. He's met with me personally outside of the office at my house and other places for my convenience. I trust him and he's a good guy to have manage your insurance portfolio.

Alexandra at Taylor Green - State Farm has been an absolute delight to work with. She really goes the extra mile to make things more accommodating when you have a busy work/life schedule. She is kind and understanding, never pushy and really takes the time to listen to what you need when offering options for insurance. I have, so far, signed up for auto insurance as well as term life insurance through her. Her knowledge of their products/services as well as her ability to find something that works for you financially is a true talent. I would recommend anyone needing insurance to give her a call

Taylor Green is the best. I just tried coming back during the covid and unfortunately they said I would have to pay over 700 bucks a month for full coverage ( with the pandemic going on and I'm a simple waitress with a hybrid prius) Taylor Green always is super nice and a great! I wish the company was as awesome as him. Hopefully one day state farm will offer me reasonable full coverage and let me continue service with them. As a server during the covid...I would think the company would be more understanding to assist a valued customer for at least 5 years. Like I said, my agent was the best. The

Since I first moved to Austin, Taylor Green and his team have been a true "neighbor!" Cannot say enough good things about my experiences there. Taylor Green has been my State Farm agent for 3 years now. The service this office provides is amazing. The administrative staff is always on top of my policy. Any time I have to update my information or renew my policy, the staff sends me updates and makes sure my insurance never lapses. I have multiple products with this office. The sales team is always working to develop the best package for my insurance needs. Taylor Green himself is not your typical agent. He takes the time to meet with his clients and speak to them when they have question about their policies. Taylor is accessible and knowledgeable

Top notch, amazing customer service, super knowledgable agent! No other Insurance agent or insurance company for that matter, has compelled me to write a review. I have been with State Farm Insurance for over 30 years and when Taylor Green became my agent it was like having a personal friend with him and his staff. The service and knowledge is at an elite level regarding my policies, coverage, and rates. When I purchased my home, Taylor Green came out to the house to meet the family and show us ways to save money. The convenience of being able to get things done without having to come into the office is a plus with our multi-policies. I can’t express how pleased I am with Taylor Green and his staff. I just got Mom to change over to State Farm as well
