I love my wedding/tux shoes from Florsheim. My wife found them on Macy's website: https://www.macys.com/shop/product/florsheim-mens-tux-plain-toe-oxfords. Florsheim men's tux plain-toe oxfords. After we compared them to two other pairs of similar shoes on Nordstrom's site, we decided to go with the Florsheim shoes from Macy's. We placed the order through Macy's and it was fulfilled by this Florsheim facility in Glendale, Wisconsin.
The shoes cost $110 plus $9.79 in sales tax, so $119.79. Standard shipping was free. The shoes arrived in less than a week. As soon as I unboxed

Don't get in no hurry if you come to this place .I been here 3 hours in the dock and still have not been touched. Go in and ask get the same answer every time. We or fix n to start loading you right now .NOT ! I haft to make 1276 mile run by Friday morning and they don't care my clock is ticking away .Will not ever load here again .

I've been wearing Florsheim Imperials (et al.) for most of my life.
This regards my second order of their products in two months.
While I like their products, their shipping program is very poor.
My online order appears to have been shipped from a foreign outsource--so now I will be billed for a "Cross-border Fee." If I had been aware of this, I wouldn't have purchased their shoes.
My UPS (United Parcel Service) delivery was scheduled for this afternoon and I tracked it digitally for the past week. I made sure that I was home for my delivery. No delivery was even attempted
