Alegria by PG Lite started with a simple idea in mind - to create comfortable shoes that invoke happiness. We bring this concept to life by designing shoes using supple leathers, vivid prints, and then pairing each distinctive creation with our patented footbed. This brand is available in casual wear, professional wear, sandals, wedges, heels, and boots.
Traditional running shoes feature pointy toe boxes that squeeze the toes out of their natural position -increasing risk of bunions, hammertoes and plantar fasciitis. Altra's FootShape toe box allows the toes to relax and spread out naturally and the big toe to remain in a straight position. I placed an order online after searching for a certain pair of On Running clouds that seemed sold out everywhere and I am so pleased with the service!!
I placed my order Monday night and my shoes were shipped out by Tuesday morning.
I received my shoes today (Thursday) and they are exactly what I wanted!

I was sold a hard plastic shoe insert for a pair of Bondi 7s at the Carrollton store for which another store clerk at the Metairie location told me I definitely didn’t need for that particular shoe. Next day had an appointment with my podiatrist and was told the exact same thing. I returned the item and was told it would take 2 business days. Well Sunday comes, nothing, but I asked for a refund receipt just to make sure I was covered. I was told they had to send it to the local office. Ok, it’s another Thursday and today it has to be reported to owner to see if any problems are the reason for

Just to start Sheela is amazing. I was having a really long day and the last thing I was in the mood for was looking for shoes as I just don’t like shopping in general. She was so great with recommendations and allowing me to try on just about everything in the store until I found something I was happy with ( which ended up being the first thing she recommended lol) I will definitely be back here to get more shoes!!

I was impressed by the staff on my first visit. Had to return two items as they did not work out. Had Sheila on my second visit. She was so helpful, I have wide foot, high instep and issues with plantar fasciitis. She knew just how to direct me to styles and fit for my 🐾. Always a plus when you hear how long a staff member has worked for the company. They spend time with you and want you to be satisfied. Give them a chance you won't be disappointed. Thanks Shelia!

Sheela recommended some Birkenstock sandals and Hoka One One athletic shoes for me. I sometimes have gout in both big toes, and these shoes are soothing and tremendously comfortable. And just for fun, got some mega cute cheetah print Gola trainers 🙂

We went in today to shop for shoes for my disabled mother and myself. Trent and his colleague were a great help and friendly. We got a pair of shoes for mom that we're comfortable despite her mobility issues and far more stylish than one could expect for such comfy shoes. I got a great pair of Naot sandals and my wife got a pair of very funky Bed/stu at clearance for $35 - down from $140!

I took my niece in a few months ago to get her some shoes for the beach. It turned into a shopping spree! She was ecstatic! We bought 4 pairs of shoes for her, each pair was under $25! I've never met a happier 4 year old. Some even had arch support, I was so impressed. The guy working was super helpful, and really great with my niece. I can't wait to bring her back on her next visit to New Orleans.

Have to give this place two stars. My girlfriend and I stopped in here because of its curiously charming appearance.... and she "felt like there was a pair of shoes there" with her name on them.
We were greeted by the owner's brother, engaged in a bit of good conversation and began to look around further. The other young gent was just as friendly. This store is awesome. It has a huge selection of styles and sizes to choose from. So much so that it can be difficult to make a decision. Good quality shoes, brand names and a friendly, patient staff who will help you as much as necessary. This is especially great for anyone with foot problems. Also, they have a fair return, exchange and refund policy. Just don't expect to find four inch stilletos or club shoes here.

Completely terrible service. Walked in and the two women working didn't even acknowledge me. Unbeknownst to them, I went to Orleans Sho because I 1) wanted to purchase local and 2) knew they had two specific shoes I wanted. While trying to decide between the two shoes for about 15 minutes, they did not speak a word to me. Even after deciding which $100 shoe I wanted and was about to purchase, I chose not to because of the service. This is a shame.
