First time customers and will definitely be using them again. Steve & company are great professionals with excellent customer service. We had a last minute changes of dates due to illness and they were so accommodating. Drivers were always early - Steve gave great attention to detail of trip info and also did a reconfirmation call before the trip. Their service was the one part of my trip I never had to worry about. They went above and beyond and earned my future business!

Steve and his crew are the best in the business! I booked him to take mine and my sisters family to JFK for a family vacation. Day of departure arrived and my sister can no longer go. I texted Steve at 4am to let him know the last minute change and he not only called and made the adjustment to the reservation, he also dropped the price because he was now picking up less people. The cars were so roomy and clean, drop off and pickup was a piece of cake, I will never use anyone else! 5 star service!!!

I booked Steve and his crew for my sisters bachelorette party and couldn’t have had a better experience. Steve walked me through a couple of options prior to booking and even shared a few recommendations for the day. Sid, our driver, was punctual, friendly, patient and professional. Steve was a phenomenal driver. He was early the car was clean he even offered water to me. We had a long drive to SI i never ever felt unsafe he is an amazing careful driver. Extremely friendly & loves to talk. The price was extremely reasonable & i loved that he waited for me & took me home. If & when i have to go to SI I will definitely be calling him to take me again

My husband had to go to Columbia Presbyterian for open heart surgery. I called and spoke to Steve who immediately said not to worry he would take care of everything.
We needed to take a few trips in and on the day of his discharge, with only a couple hours notice, Steve was able to get me there and bring us home.
The drivers were super professional, courteous and on time.
Shout out to our new friend, Joe, for being so personable and doing his utmost to make our ride home a smooth one. (Avoiding those nasty potholes)

We can't say enough great things about Steve from Fast Break. We have been using his car services for years. He is always on time (his on time is 10-15 minutes early) and we have never had an issue. He has even waited over an hour for us one morning after we overslept and almost missed our flight. We have been and will definitely continue to use his services! Keep up the good work Steve!!!!

I have used Steve at Fast Break for my last few trips. From the beginning, speaking to Steve on the phone to book my reservation made me feel like he was more like a friend and was assuring me I would have nothing to worry about regarding my transportation plans. He double checked the flights, double checked my arrival and where we would meet. He was there "ON TIME" each time. The drive was easy, Steve was very friendly. I felt he took care of everything that needed to be done. I just showed up as the passenger. His car is large, clean and the price is right. No odors or mess from previous passengers

Steve was amazing from the beginning. We used Fast Break Car Service for airport transportation from Suffolk County to JFK and just returned yesterday 8/7/19. From our first phone call I felt comfortable knowing that I was going to be at the airport on time and would be getting picked up as well and not left stranded. Steve arrived at my house well before our pick up time at 5am so that we can leave on time. Our trip to the airport seemed quick due to Steve's great personality. Absolutely horrible customer service. Called first thing in the morning and I thought I was being very respectful on the phone I asked if I could get a price on a limo that would fit about 15 people. When I told the man about he went off on a tangent about how if I don't have the exact number then I'm looking at four cars??? How would I be looking at four cars if I asked for a limo??? I've been in limos that fit 10-15 people. I'm assuming once he realized I was younger he decided my customer opinion meant nothing because he started raising his tone and getting an attitude. I

I would strongly recommend Steve and fast break. He was a pleasure to deal with making the reservation for airport transportation. His driver appeared early and was very professional. Everything was exactly as he said. Unfortunately because of multiple returning flight delays, it didn't work out to use this company on the way home. However, Steve made his best effort to try to make it work, certainly not his fault. He would even text me when he saw my flight would be delayed.

Been calling party bus companies all afternoon to get a sense of what size buses they have. I called this company and asked what the largest size party bus they have is. The man said "for what date?" I thought this was a strange question because the date of my event shouldn't dictate the vehicles they have in their fleet...but I answered him anyway that my event is in April. I wish I would've at least experienced the service before making a review, and I've never written a review before on ANYTHING, but the guy on the phone was probably high or drunk!! He couldn't talk straight and all I wanted was a price. He couldn't hold a conversation and kept saying that I was confusing. I said there is no confusion I just needed a price he said "we're done here" and hung up on me. Hope someone has a better experience with this company, or at least gets someone else on the phone with more professional speaking skills! Smh

We have used Fast Break Car Service several times and have always been extremely pleased with the service, price and ease. Our driver Kevin is always on time, the car is clean and we have found that Fast Break is one of the only car services that will either use your car seats/boosters or have one available for use. The level of communication while traveling is amazing, after a long international flight it is a great relief to receive a text that the car is there and waiting for you once you get through customs. We will definitely be using Fast Break in the future.

Professional and punctual. Traffic the day of our departure was heavier than normal, Kevin showed up early to compensate and we arrived at LGA on time and relaxed! Our flight coming home was early, received a text from Steve with our driver's number before the plane even arrived at the gate! Followed immediately by a text from Tom, our driver. We collected our bags, walked to the curb and Tom arrived. Would never use any other service!

Great service! On vacation the last thing you want to do is worry about your transportation when you've already made reservations. We truly felt taking care of. Steve confirmed with us for pick up and drop off. Kevin was on time every time! Gave us our drivers contact info, Kevin was right outside the airport when we arrived and due to construction it was not easy getting in and out, but he was right on time. No worries!!!

This is a great service. Steve called to confirm my pickup in the city. He gave me the name and number of my driver so I could keep communication open. The traffic in the city was horrendous, but our driver was right on time. Ray our driver was courteous and pleasant. I highly recommend them for your next trip!

ZERO STARS!!!! If I can give them ZERO stars I WOULD. Do NOT book from them. The customer service is HORRENDOUS. People who are rude and hangs up on their customers do NOT deserve ANY future customers. Here is what happened:
I called them to tell them about a very hectic itinerary that I planned running back and forth between New York City and New Jersey all in one day. A very rude person was on the other side of the line. His tone was rude from the get-go. As I am not from NY, I was only able to rely on Google map traffic to gauge traffic conditions
