Gary captained my Prestige 630 from NC to Palm Beach in less than three full days. He was a professional and knowledgeable captain sharing his expertise from yacht operations to navigation and mechanics. All while being a respectful (and cheerful) companion to myself and the boat. I will certainly hire him again and would recommend his services without reservation. Book him early he is understandably in high demand.

As far as I'm concerned there is no need to look for another captain! Captain Gary is without a doubt the most experienced and knowledgeable captain I've ever met. I've used several different captains in the past and for one reason or another found it necessary to move on. Captain Gary just recently ran my boat down from NJ to FL and with the weather patterns we've recently had I was thoroughly amazed by the way he knew exactly what the best routes were each day, every fuel stop, overnight stop and overall the best and SAFEST way to get the boat down there. Gary possesses all of the qualities that one would expect; excellent communicator, highly focused, knowledgeable, a master navigator and a superb gentleman. He treated my boat as if it was his own!! He covered 1, 282 miles in 32.5 hours over 3 days in my 42' Yellowfin with quad 350 Merc Verados through choppy seas and navigated around a few storms with the greatest of ease. Capt. Gary was amazing!!! He was extremely thorough and was a book of knowledge when it comes to the industry as well as boats themselves. Me and my buddy took the trip with him and he made it so enjoyable. He knew all the stops and had a plan that he executed perfectly for the trip form Charleston to NJ. I wouldn’t want anyone else dealing with my boat. After a bad falling out with a previous Capt. and only a couple days left to get my boat up here Capt. Gary made it happen with only two days notice (luckily he had the opening which is rare). He was an all around great guy and he will be bringing

Gary was recommended to me by a Yacht Captain of 100 Foot Hatteras. He took my 48 Searay down to Florida in January. THe boat was delivered in less time than expected during a time when daylight, wind and seas are working against you. He diligently updates you on his journey every night with details of the day and the goals for the next day. Since he has done several deliveries for me over the past three years. Just amazing! Gary at Captain‘s Marine Services went above and beyond and we couldn’t be happier or be more pleased. He is meticulous, thoughtful, responsive, and treated our vessel as if it were his own. he is incredibly connected up and down the eastern seaboard. Captain Gary is one of the most professional captains I have met in many years. He puts safety number one. Knows everything there is about navigating all size yachts. Can troubleshoot most anything and if he can’t fix it he knows who to call to get things done right.always on time and takes time with customers explaining in detail the job at hand.

Gary has been our captain, engineer, mechanic and all other possible tools wrapped up into one person. He is more comfortable handling boats if poor conditions then anyone else I’ve seen. He keeps very up to date on weather conditions and is always ready with an alternative plan that accomplished our goal. His most important quality is his concern for safety, both for his passengers comfort and the boat and he has a wealth of knowledge on destinations we like to visit. Gary was absolutely the best choice to bring our newly purchased Marquis from Baltimore down to Hilton Head.
My wife and I joined Gary for the transit and learned a tremendous amount from him about coastal navigation and managing a 59-ft boat. Gary is incredibly knowledgeable, personable and lots of fun to be around.
