Our machine shop is equipped with state of the art CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, optical inspection equipment (CMM), and a wide variety of supporting equipment and tools. CNC milling is one of the most commonly used CNC machining processes. Our CNC milling service is the ideal process for complex shapes with high dimensional tolerances. Our multi-axis CNC mills move along the X, Y, and Z axes, offer extremely high accuracy as well as automatic tool changing. While CNC turning is primarily geared towards round or cylindrical shapes, CNC milling can be used to create a wide variety of odd or irregular shapes.

At FTC, we have a wide variety of CNC turning centers with a wide variety of tooling options that allow us to create features such as rings, threads, grooves, slots, etc.
