The repair service was excellent, but I was never contacted by your sales team regarding a quote for a new boiler. The technician, Bryce, said I would be contacted probably that same day. I followed up with a message on your website a few days later but still have not been contacted.

My family has used Home Serve for a lot of services over the years such as installing a new central AC system, heating repair, hot water tank replacement. We live in an old house;, things are built to last and then break many decades later! When our old school central AC system died after 60 years, Home serve was very reliable and efficient at replacing the upstairs and downstairs unit. It’s amazing how quiet and energy efficient new central AC units are!! During a difficult cold spell in Boston, Homeserve came and repaired our heating system. The service was quick, and efficient and the service technician was courteous and knowledgable.
