I made a sprinkler maintenance appointment for 6/21/21at 8:00am. The Friday before I confirmed the appointment. On 6/21/21 the technician did not come. At 8:15am I called and no one answered. I left a detailed message and asked someone to call me. I wanted to know why the technician never came. As of today 6/28/21 I have not received a call from Perfect Irrigation. Perfect irrigation was recommended to me. The customer service is horrible. I had another company with great customer service do the job.
