Nathan with Shamrock plumbing is the best. Nathan is always on time, knowledgeable, honest and courteous. I have been a Shamrock customer for many years. I really like this company and always request Nathan. Christmas day of this year my water heater went out . I called Shamrock and Nathan came and replaced the water heater same day. I was so appreciative and amazed this could be done on such short notice and on a holiday like Christmas. ''THANK YOU'' Nathan and Shamrock Plumbing!

Sam and Woody helped come by to inspect some knocking and what I thought might potentially be frozen pipes. They were able to help diagnose the issue right away and were kind to explain it to me to the best of my understanding as residual pressure feedback after turning off the faucet that caused the pipes to kick. They explained the possible options for repair and took my needs into consideration for the final decision. They helped install a water hammer to help regulate that pressure and tested it out for me as soon as the install was done.

I’ve had a backed up run or plugged drain in my bathtub. I called Any Hour Services and they were terrible. They wanted to cut open my drywall and charge me an arm and a leg.
When I had Shamrock come in he was efficient and quick a and he even cleaned my tub and the area he worked in. He was able to fix it. I would recommend them anytime.

Fantastic job by Shamrock as always. They really did me a favor as water heater broke down and stopped working. The scheduler who was fantastic arranged for a tech to come out first thing as we had no hot water in the house. Ethan was the tech specialist who was incredible— knowledgeable, professional, diligent and able to bring in and install a new water heater in the morning. I could not recommend Shamrock more for plumbing needs and that is why I have used them on multiple occasions. First rate!

The guys from Shamrock Plumbing came out today to clean out a floor drain in my basement. They were quick, helpful, and informative. And, just nice guys to be around! I’ve had this same drain cleaned out twice previously and these guys helped me understand the problem better than the previous companies I’ve used. Next time this drain plugs up (As it is won’t to do) I’ll definitely call Shamrock back.
