Our ReScope Drain Aid Team are knowledgeable in different makes and models of water softeners and can service a wide array of softener technology. For replacement parts, we'll only source OEM or equivalent parts. To get to the root of your water softener problem, we'll begin by cleaning the brine tank where hard water enters the system to be treated.

A water heater flush is exactly what it sounds like. During a water heater flush, your tank is emptied through a hose into an approved drain source. They came 3 times to my home to install a pressure regulator, each time making an excuse as to why they didn’t bring the part. Anthony made multiple excuses and then they let their new employee, Jesus, do the job. After having the repair done, three weeks later, the shut off valve and pressure regulator valve are both leaking the first time I shut them off and on. After looking at the work, the pvc pipes are bent and the work was NOT professionally. I can’t believe I let this slide and paid for this service. I’d take my services else-wear. There are less expensive plumbers that actually know

I'm one of those people that gets 5 quotes for anything. Let me just say, of all the companies, big or small, Rescope was hands down the most honest and transparent. Highly recommend. They went out of their way to get my warranty whereas all the other companies said it wasn't possible.

Anthony recommended a company that was able to come right away to camera my sewer line and recommend a fix. Anthony installed a PRV on my main water line because I didn't have one. I felt that he was very honest and gave me all of the options available to me, including those not requiring as much money.
