Absolutely stellar service and any time you ask them to explain something they’re happy to do it without making you feel dumb. Really trustworthy reliable mechanics. Once I discovered this place I always brought my car here. The only reason I don’t still come here is because I live over an hour away now.

These guys are great being very good at mechanics myself I struggled to find an honest mechanic one of my customers told me about these guys they put a new heater core in my truck something the dealership wanted 500 more to do I did one in my younger years so I knew it was a very complicated job not something anybody can do I stopped in halfway through the project and found it was even more in-depth than I suspected this is a family-run business they will make you feel at home and they don't try to put in cheap parts or cut corners I would recommend them to my friends

I called many places to get my car inspection done two weeks ago. Shrader's was the only place with an opening, so I was taking a gamble on a new place. The gamble paid off. They were extremely professional, on time and SUPER CLEAN. They texted me a report that included photos of their findings and they sprayed off my seat belt and steering wheel with sanitizer. They were constantly sanitizing as well as everyone was wearing masks. The service was spectacular. I will be returning.

The. BEST. The only garage I've used -- very happily -- for 25 years. Have referred many friends as well, with never even a small complaint.

These guys are great. Taking my second car to them today! Kind, courteous, and straight forward, and on top of that they give great service. I would recommend them to anyone having trouble with their auto, and you wont feel like just another customer as you do at some of the big chains.

Richard, Thank you for the outstanding tires you sold me. They not only have "excellent" traction in winter conditions, they ride smooth as silk on glass. I really have to keep an eye on the speedometer when on the expressway - they are so smooth. Your garage does outstanding work.

Reliable, fair, and reasonable prices. They do good quality maintenance work and don't oversell or overcharge. The waiting room is small but very nice. When I call, they're helpful and I'm always able to get an appointment in the next week or so. They don't do body work but have great places they happily refer you to, so I'm fine with trading off that minor inconvenience for much more mechanical expertise.

I truly love Schrader's. I have lived in the Wedge since the late eighties and really wish that I had embraced them sooner!!!! We currently have a 2008 Volkswagon Jetta which we purchased for my daughter to take with her to college. Back in November I came in with issues of my exhaust being loud and hanging. They charged me a lot of money and sent me on my way saying it was fixed. My exhaust finally fell completely off (had to go back to multiple places after because it would start to drop and every single one would just shake their head at the job) and the mechanic I went to told me this time whoever fixed it last time at Schrader's didn't actually fix anything but cut into my catalytic converter and a bunch of other parts and welded pieces together. I've brought my various Toyotas to Schrader's for years--actually, I can probably say for decades at this point. I have utmost faith in their diagnostic and repair skills. They're fair, courteous, and extremely accommodating. I recommend them highly and never consider taking my cars anywhere else.

I went and had my blower motor replaced and I have to say that I had an amazing experience. The price was amazing and the customer service was warm and welcoming "which you never see in this type of industry". My 09 Impala had a code indicating 'traction control' issues. The code appeared after activation when accelerating from a dead stop. They diagnosed a bad sensor probably caused by worn bearing. Reasonable labor and parts and I was on my way. About a week later the code appeared, along with the symptoms, so I called them back. Schrader's found the harness they had removed and reinstalled in order to do the work was now compromised and need of replacement. At Schrader's Garage they always get it right. I have never had to worry about whether they did the repairs correct or not, they are great at what they do. The do not mess around, you bring you car in and they do a great job servicing it and making sure it is done correctly. Plus, they test the cars when they are done, I love that. I took my car in once for brakes, after they looked at it they told me I could go longer with the ones I had and I did not need to get new ones at that time, they are extremely honest people and I appreciate that.

I was told by Monro the very loud sound when I started my car was not the muffler. They told me it was the engine lifters. When Schrader's checked it out they found that there was not a loud sound but a soft sound. Consensus among their mechanics told them that rather than ask a very large some of money to repair the engine, I could simply drive this car, as is. It has 100,000 miles on it and soon will be traded in, now that I know it is having the beginning of another problem. Maybe the very loud sound appeared loud by echoes in my garage. I think highly of schrader's Garage as i have always been treated with respect and kindness from the moment i walked in the door until the time i left, sometimes a couple hours later. My car has been treated with the same respect. I've gone to this place several times now and haven't had a bad experience yet. This most recent time though has prompted me to leave a comment. I took my car there back in May for an inspection and to get front brakes. They told me I would need rear brakes a few months later. Come August my brakes began squeaking so I took the car in to get my rear brakes. They did need replacing, but the guys told me that it was the front brakes that were squeaking so we set up another appointment to get that fixed.
