Jennis Morse Etlinger is a law firm centered on producing the best outcomes for our clients. We do so by first understanding the factors leading to the need for legal services and the client's objectives and then mapping out the strategy to achieve those goals. Conversations with founder Dave Jennis, and the firm's team of attorneys, often embrace a wide range of salient topics about a client's needs before a legal strategy is developed.
As a business owner himself, Jennis approaches challenges to a client's business with an empathetic eye. He also understands how legal business issues can impact other seemingly unrelated areas of life, including family and health.

David Jennis is known for his experience, intelligence, and integrity. Recognized by the American Board of Certification as a certified business bankruptcy attorney, and AV Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, Jennis has extensive experience in a wide variety of insolvency and business litigation issues.
Jennis Morse Etlinger approaches bankruptcy as an opportunity. For some, it's an opportunity for a fresh start whereas for others it provides the vehicle to effectuate a complex business transaction. The firm seeks to understand all the circumstances of your business first, and then make recommendations for the best path forward.
Consider this - most parties involved in a complex business asset or stock purchase transaction should be represented by an attorney. An innocent mistake, oversight, or careless error could mean big trouble for you, and place your investment at risk. These risk factors can be multiplied exponentially when combined with the complexities of the United States Bankruptcy Code.

We had the pleasure of working with Daniel Etinger. He was very professional , “ down to earth “, kind and completely honest. He did a lot of research and background checking for us. Several emails, phone calls and a face to face meeting, (that he offered to us as a virtual mtg to save us the trip). At the conclusion HE felt it wouldn’t be “ beneficial “ for us to retain him. (We were a creditor). He said the decision was ours. We took his advice. He DID NOT charge us ANY fee for all his effort. Our experience was WONDERFUL. We would highly recommend Dan and his law firm.
