I had been turned down for my Short Term Disability and was on my third appeal. I was overwhelmed and frustrated when I found information on Coffman Law Group. After working my whole life as a nurse,, I became unable to work due to medical conditions. I had always had disability insurance through work, but had never used it. I applied for disability but was denied. They also denied me a medical leave and the week I was supposed to have a surgical procedure done, they terminated me, so I didn't have insurance to get the procedure done. Councilman Coffman and his staff are wonderful, thorough and prompt In answering questions, returning phone calls, and handling the case. I received a denial letter to discontinue receiving long-term disability insurance after 3 years.
