Our shipping charges vary from brand and model, and all are estimated according to the size of the box, weight and destination. We utilize USPS, FedEx and UPS. Typically your order will be insured slightly higher than the purchase price and fulfilled with 1 to 2 business days. Please include a note within your checkout if you would like to be provided with a tracking number.
At Roxanne's Birkenstock, we strive to have the best selection of comfort footwear within the Central Valley. Our site features the ability to purchase several of our most popular brands, but if there is something you don't see on-line - please give us a call or drop us an email. All on-line orders are processed through PayPal, utilizing a secured payment system.
Below are the respective US, Euro, and UK shoe sizes. However, these are only general measurements. Because each manufacturer uses their own unique shoe lasts to develop their shoes, sizing may vary slightly from brand to brand. Also, measure your feet late in the day because feet expand a little as the day wears on.

I’m surprised to see several poor reviews on the customer service at Roxanne’s. I’ve shopped here many years, and this was one of my moms favorite stores. My many customer service experiences have been positive. I’ve made several returns for swap/store credit. The store is often busy and you may need to be patient while the sales associate is helping someone else. If you require undivided assistance, just let them know and I’m sure your needs will be accommodated.

The store has a pretty good selection of shoes but the advice for sizing Birkenstocks provided by staff at the store isn't correct.
Per the Birkenstocks fitting guide website "Your feet should be able to move freely without your toes hitting the edge of the footbed."
I'm glad my mother didn't follow the sales associate's advice but unfortunately my boyfriend did so it's basically a waste of $100+

I was very disappointed today when I arrived at your store for the sale. I was there before 9 am. By the time I got there people were already walking out of the store with their purchases. I was told that you opened up early. I don’t think that was right for you to open up early when it clearly stated on your flyer that you were opening at 9 AM. I… did hear several people complain that you opened up early when I was shopping. Unfortunately by the time I got there everything was gone in my size that I was looking for. Hopefully next time you’ll open up at the time that you say

I was helped by Ian, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to help me. I let him know this was my first pair and he helped me find the exact size and proper fitting, which was 1 EU size smaller than the shoe I wear. I'm very glad I went in, otherwise my sandals would have been unwearable. He also went through the care

I bought a 140.00 dollar pair of shoes for my elderly mom. She took them home and realized she had a pair very similar. I took them back 3 days later for my money back and I was told I could only have store credit. NO ONE said at check out that we couldn’t return them. My mom even asked if she could take them back to Visalia to Browns and the lady said no you have to return them here. We were flat out lied to. I have bought my kids uggs there for years for Xmas and I will NEVER shop there again. To top it off the associate was rude.

The staff was very friendly but not real knowledgeable about Birkenstocks, their main brand. My issue with this store is their antiquated return policy, which is “No Refunds”. I bought a pair of Birkenstocks for my wife and they didn’t work for her. I returned them unworn, unused, brand new, with receipt and was informed that they don’t offer refunds, only store credit. I can’t remember the last time I shopped at a store that that doesn’t offer refunds…wait, yes I can. It was at a camera store called The Shutterbug in 1991 and I haven’t been back since. I’ve spent a lot of money

Two years ago this was a great store. Now, the customer service is horrible and they never have the most common sizes. If you order shoes it will take longer than two weeks. Don’t bother calling to check on your order, that’s too much to ask of their employees. Their return policy is outdated. They only give store credit. What good is store credit if Roxanne’s doesn’t offer sizes or styles you're looking for??!!! I like buying local but this local business has failed me. Shoppers now have the option to buy direct from your vendors. I will never purchase another item from this business!

Absolutely, under no ciscumstance, should you do business with this establishment. And Amazon users BEWARE. My mom recently ordered a pair of Haflinger slippers from Roxanne’s Birkenstock’s through Amazon for me for Christmas. I opened them on Christmas and returned them the day after due to them being too small. Roxanne’s took 50% of the price and said it was a “restocking fee due to us sending them back damaged.” They weren't on my feet for longer than two minutes. This place is a complete scheme, and the manager is a con artist. STAY AWAY. I will be posting a review on Amazon as well
