I am diabetic and suffer from neuropathy in my feet, especially my right one, which makes me walk with a limp.
I was greeted promptly and after explaining my situation the gentleman showed me some options. I settled on a nice flexible, athletic type shoe. The shoes I had were 4E, the ones I required were 6E!! You can imagine the pressure. We added some thicker inserts for added cushion and let me tell you...the relief was immediate. Best purchase I'd ever made! Was a little steep but well worth it.

My 300th review!!! Fitting it should be for a great visit to this SAS shoe store :)
Shoes are not something I like spending money on (some shoe shopaholics will faint at this lol). However, I have wide flat feet/no arch and as I've gotten older my cheap shoes are killing my knees. SAS to the rescue. This is not a large store, the styles and sizes are limited. But they still had a few options for my double wide size 10 (no easy feat haha)!!

Service is the worst here. Don't expect to be treated nicely even though you may be dropping some Benjamin's. The sales clerk was so rude and acted like I couldn't afford the shoes here. When I clearly told her what shoe my husband wears. I will definitely look online and see if I could get his shoes somewhere else! She was so rude even my teenagers thought she acted racist.

Unsatisfactory 😞 drove over an hour to pick up an order to come to find out they ordered the wrong pair of shoes. They should have checked they before calling to have them picked up. Especially with gas prices right now. Unfortunately shoes were not for me they were for for my mom-n-law so I couldn't even get her money back sense I didn't have her credit card. Someone wasn't doing their job correctly. I will never go back their again!

Came here for some quality shoes that I've used been using working 12 hour days. My shoe fitting expert, Annelie helped with sizing, fitting and selection. The shoes are made in the US and you can expect good quality. Shoe sizes come in different widths to accommodate your type of feet as well as different lengths. Excellent customer service along with shoe selection. Covid precautions still in effect as well.

I'm glad I found some comfortable shoes, but I was somewhat annoyed that the store dropped the ball and did not call me as soon as they came in. Finally got my shoes almost one month later. Top it all off, the employee had a terrible attitude about the whole deal and cut me off because she had "other customers".

The owner was so rude to me. The problem with me is I have flat feet and need orthotics for arch support and so I need to take my orthotics and try on the shoes with my orthotics in the shoe. So with the orthotics I need a wide shoe. But I tell you I am going to look high and low for a better place to shop. The owner was so rude when I went in He immediately sprayed my hands with disinfectant, then he asked me what kind of shoe do I need? I said I don't know I have to look at them and see. Then he said work shoes, dress shoes, sandals? I said I don't know I have to look at them to see

My husband took me to this store to buy some comfortable shoes since I have developed major issues with my right foot. This store knows FEET! After changing up the insoles I walked out with the most comfortable walking shoes I've worn in a very long time. I was so impressed with the comfort I bought another pair. Staff was excellent. Wish I would have gone there sooner :).

This store has no customer service.
The website says close at 6pm. I was there at 550pm. The door was locked, and the employee just stared at me. In 3 min, I could have grabbed some size 11s of the shelf, paid cash and been out of there. Now I will spend ten minutes letting you know this store sucks. Avoid it, as they do not deserve to be in business.

The manager (Sandy) at this store does not have a friendly customer service attitude. She comes off as rude and makes customers (and staff) afraid to say the wrong thing. The best way to manage her is not to disagree with anything she says despite your own opinions about the way a shoe fits on YOUR foot! This is not quite the shopping experience I look for when I spend over $150 on a pair of shoes. I love the shoes and want to support local business but will buy on line and could have done so today. Will do so next time cheaper and faster delivery and less SASS no pun intended. Very high priced shoes. When i went in 2 years ago, i could afford even 1 pair. More impotantly your commercial sucks!! I can't buy shoes where they can't even pronounce diabetes correctly. I have DIABETES (DIA-BEET-EEZ) NOT (DIA-BEET-US) the guy on the commercial makes me angry verytime it comes on. Supposed to sound educated. Whatever!

This store is the worst if you buy anything you are stuck with it. They have no returns or exchange. They just take your money and they do not care about the customers. They just care about collecting your money. They show they care for you but if the shoe hurts you then you will see the true colors where they do not care.

Have you ever been the a store where everyone that all the employees and all the patrons were at LEAST 60? That was a SAS and it was a little surreal for me. W and I went there because that's where he buys his shoes and he was in dire need of a new pair. The surreality began when we pulled up, and I saw the 'open' sign with a very freaky shoe, with eyes, staring at me, letting me know the place was open. Okay, keep a far radius from the sign when walking through the door, it won't eat you, just give you nightmares for the rest of the week. I think why I was so weirded out
