To be honest, if I could give them a 0/5 I most certainly would. I deal with vendors on a daily basis and this one is by far one of the worst i have ever dealt with in my entire existence. They claim .99 cent shipping on their website , but I am currently at $440.00 out of pocket for shipping. One might ask how this occurs and I would love to enlighten you :) The UPS driver told me not to accept my order because the legs of the table appeared to be damaged. After a month and a half of speaking to 3 different customer service agents numerous times they told me I had to pay for it to be shipped back

Had an issue with a skiving machine I bought from them that arrived not working correctly. After a bunch of back and fourth for over a month nothing has been resolved. The machine arrived broken and I still have no replacement or refund. Yes its cheap, but be prepared for customer service to be lacking if you have any issues.
Update 30JUNE2021:
Owner told my credit card company he would send a replacement device, and here we are 4 months later and nothing. Basically i got scammed out of $1000.

I bought tagging gun with pins and needles. Yes the price was cheap. But when I started using the tagging gun it kept getting jammed and the needle would get stuck. After emailing David numerous times asking to solve the problem or replace the tagging gun or return my money, he stop responding.
I guess cheap price, cheap quality.

I got the mini and it’s a great little machine. I just cut 14 layers of heavy duty ottertex material with ease. It saves my neck, my wrists, my back, my scissors and my bottom line. The only thing I’ll tell you about this little machine is unscrew the lever underneath, and cut the lever in half. That way you’ll actually have an on off button instead of every time you putting it down the dang thing goes off DANGEROUS! Chinese. For the price it was a minor adjustment

Just the best there is when looking for a sewing machine and parts for very old ones. I had a Consew 100 that the motor burnt out on. and David Helped me to purchase a new one. I watched the video's he told me to and he took me through a step by step to replace my own motor. and he gave me a price on a brand new machine as well that I just couldn't refuse. The shipping was fast, the responses I received was awesome too. His entire staff are incredible and I will never go else where again for my small business needs. I am 67 year old lady and got the entire job done by myself. I am so proud and
