I attended a TFS Properties seminar in early 2019 at suggestion by a friend because I was contemplating on selling an investment property and executing a 1031 exchange. Wow! if you are new to real estate investment and looking to start building your portfolio, please come see the team at TFS. I was nervous to start this journey, with so many questions and couldn't find a source for guidance...that is until i met TFS team. They took the time and effort in making sure i was comfortable with the investment property. Personally, it was a learning experience, a bit stressful...but the team got me through it. Young professional here, I have been slowly learning about the out-of-state investment opportunities that TFS Properties has to offer. Their bread and butter are real estate properties in Indianapolis, IN. The best part of buying the property is the fact that the property already has people renting it and paying you $ each month. Russel "Rusty" Tweed is the front man of this questionable outfit TFS Properties, Inc in San Marino. He hustled me into investing my hard earned money with what he touted as money making investment enterprises. I was suckered into doing this by him and lost thousands and thousands of dollars. I invested in 3 separate investments and lost my money in all.
