The first review I see took the words right out of my mouth..."Austin is awesome!"
He was super friendly, personable, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Nobody wants to deal with septic issues but, when you have to, having someone like that do the work eases the pain of having to shell out that chunk of money (don't get me wrong...they're VERY reasonable!).
Also, my husband is the one who called to set up the appointment and he had nothing but good things to say about the woman who took the call (sorry, don't know her name). Pretty much the same; that she was very friendly, helpful, and

We had a bit of an emergency and Darren’s family business, Kitsap Septic Pumping was out here this morning and took great care of us! Austin, found a buried filter that he removed and cleaned for us, then he cleaned out our tank and cleared out the baffle and main line. We’re free flowing once again and on their list for a reminder in 5 years. 😊

We had a great experience with Kitsap Septic! We had an emergency and needed our tanks pumped out ASAP, due to the holiday the previous day everyone wasn’t able to fit us in, however within a couple hours of calling Kitsap Septic, they had someone at our house ready to go! Trenton was our guy and he was very prompt and knowledgeable and gave us great advice for our next steps. Everyone we spoke to was so kind and they had the best customer service out of all the companies we spoke to! We highly recommend this business for your septic needs!

Used them for pumping tank and inspection. Very easy to schedule with. Tech is knowledgeable and friendly, answers any questions you may have about the service. When scheduled they give a window of time they will arrive to your site (usually 2-hr window which is great in my opinion as you don't loose your whole day waiting for an appointment) and will call ahead to let you know they are on their way. Highly recommend this company.

Ross Miller is the MAN. We were given bad info from another septic company regarding the maintenance of our system, leading to an emergency backup. Kitsap Septic dispatched Ross like a superhero on the red phone, and he was on-site within a couple hours - same day! Our system was pumped, flushed, and the filter cleaned in short order. Professional and easy to work with. I won't go anywhere else again.

So I'm new to having a septic, and have been nervous about calling in an inspection for the first time since I bought my house a few years ago. Settled on calling in Kitsap Septic, and I have no regrets. It was great hearing that everything looked fine, but even better that the inspector was giving me plenty of details about why it looked fine (I'd even done some read-ahead to be safe, and what he told me made sense). Service arrived as scheduled, and was done in quick order. I'll be calling them again next time, for sure.

Austin is AWESOME!
Our septic backed up the other day and every pumping service said they could make it out next week. There was very little concern about our situation until I called KITSAP SEPTIC! They said "give us 10 minutes". They were able to fit in an emergency call between other appointments.
Austin was exceptionally professional and friendly! Even gave me some pointers on the filter installation.
They will always have my business and they should have yours also!

I had scheduled for my septic tank to be pumped because I was awaiting for my drain field to be replaced. They arrived as scheduled and informed me that my tank was only half full and suggested that I wait until it was fuller to have it pumped. I took their advise and will wait to have it pumped. They did not charge me for this trip, which I think was more than fair. I will continue to call them for any pumping services that I may need

I had my first experience today with Kitsap Septic.. I was amazed. I had originally called a competitor who stated they didn't have enough trucks and no time to service me. I was disappointed but they referred me to Kitsap Septic. Not only friendly, fast and efficient, but also less than I expected. I not only recommend but will continue to use in the future. Darren has been to my house a couple of different times. One time to inspect my septic and give me the run down on how to properly maintain it. Another time to locate an old septic tank and provide a report to the county that it was decommissioned so we could start a remodel. Today, during the Covid pandemic, I had water in my basement and when checking my clean outs noticed water coming from a clean out near my septic tank. I described what was going on and Darren helped me problem solve and unclog the element of the septic system that was causing the back up. We got back up and running quickly

On Saturday, 10/26/19 we were in an emergency situation with our septic. We had septic backing into the house. We already had another company scheduled to pump on Monday, we were reminded by our plumber friend, Kitsap Septic is the only way to go. I work for the school district in the Maintenance department and have depended on them for our schools with septic systems. We thought we would be ok until Monday, we ended up couldn't use our toilets or run any water. Have used Kitsap Septic twice in the last month. First to pump my tank. It was upon discovering a problem and emergent. Daren arrived within an hour and was friendly and courteous. 3 weeks later his brother Ross came out replaced my distribution box and some pipe. They did all the digging, diagnosed the problem, flushed my lines and replaced the suspect components. I called KS because they are local and family owned. They treated me well and charged a fair price. I recommend them completely!

I woke up to my toilet back flowing and tub not draining. I went through my checks and figured my septic system was not functioning properly and wanted to get it drain to give me time to find the source of the problem.
Spoke with Darren and worked with me and gave me a realistic time frame on when they could get a truck out to my home. I got a phone call with a 30 mins heads up - awesome! Gave me a chance to get everything ready

November 14, 2016 - I have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Kitsap Septic Pumping. They fit us in their schedule within just a few hours of calling. They were there the same day before 12 noon. The price was great. The service was fantastic. They were very helpful and explained what the condition of our septic system is in and gave us tips and pointers to keep it functioning. We will use their services again and I have already recommended them to someone else.
