I used to use this service to go to and from work . I had a bad experience about a year ago and every since , when I call, they will not service me . They’re staff and drivers are very unprofessional and rude . Not to mention the taxis are absolutely filthy . DURING COVID-19 . Despicable.

I had issues with this taxi service, regarding to entering the right address and every time my driver picked me up at the wrong location. On the third occasion I called up the service and I got this guy who was playing with me when I asked for his name, and he said to me on the phone "name? I don't have a name". Never use this company!!

Used this after a different taxi company never showed up and abandoned me at the airport. Driver was friendly but spent the entire drive with his phone to his ear. Cab was in rough shape with no AC. They were able to get me to my destination and charged exactly what they said they would up front.

Our experience seems to be similar if not the exact same as other people who used their services. They are clearly trying to exploit this business opportunity (driving Canadians back home to Canada) to the furthest extent. Overbooking all of their drivers and then not answering the phone or available when once you have landed and are waiting at the airport. We waited over an hour for our taxi before someone finally answered and outsourced our ride to another taxi company. This morning 6/4/21 I was driving on the 198 and saw taxi driver number 32 and another vehicle have five minutes of road rage. Each car kept cutting the other one off, speeding on the 30 mph portion and brushing up against each other. The other vehicle then exited to go downtown while the taxi driver appeared to be heading the same way. He then completely cut off the motorist in front of me to “merge” onto the 33 AFTER the striped lines literally at the last minute. Horrible service. Left us at the airport with three children in the cold and no car. Tried calling all the numbers on the website unsuccessfully. The car was booked 5 days in advance to take us to Canada. We were given a confirmation order via email. I had a multiple conversations with their "agent" prior to our arrival to confirm that we will have a car upon arrival late at night. He told my wife he knew where he was going. He dropped her off nowhere near where he was saying. She had to walk in the rain with her bags for 20 min. Called to complain and the guy told me theres no manager in and hung up on me. Do not use these guys they do not care about the customer at all.

AVOID. We have been riding Airport Taxi Service...and yes it is these guys I doubled checked their web site, for over 15 years. The quality and skills of their drivers has been steadily going down. First came the drivers that don't know how to drive in the snow...really in Buffalo? then came drivers who are rude, cannot communicate, do not know the town streets. After a 14 hour flight, I really want to get home, so I arranged airport taxi cab services one day in advance from buffalo international airport.I turned out to be great experience. He is very helpful driver. His minivan could fit all of our luggage. He was courteous and helpful. the ride was safe and sound. I have been using them since.
