After I booked this ride driver Confirmed with me.. My flight was delayed one hour driver was waiting for me very patiently.. overall I liked this taxi service very much. My daughter used this service from BUF to Fort Erie in 2019 and 2020 and it was excellent. She used it again on Saturday night and it was horrendous. She pre-booked her ride days in advance, requesting a pickup time of 11:20pm as her flight was to land at 11:00. She landed early, was waiting at the correct pole at 11:20 and no ride. She called and they said they were running 10 minutes late. At 11:27, they texted her that they would be 20 minutes late. At 11:38, they said 7 more minutes. At 11:48 they said 12:01, saying traffic was slow. Yeah right. Cab finally showed up at 12:05, 45 MINUTES LATE

Do not use this service. I had a 6:20 am flight to catch and this company wouldn't answer the phone - stood me up. Finally got through to someone a week later and they basically said "Oh, you should have used a different service" What?!

I had a reservation confirmation. Email / PDF. Waited for 15 minutes. Called the number in the email. No one knew about my reservation. Was told a taxi will be there in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later I got a text message that a driver is 15 minutes out. 15 turned into 30. Finally, almost an hour after the original confirmed pickup time the taxi showed up.
All this is not the fault of the driver, who was nice. But the car was definitely not up to taxi standards. And the first top after driving for less than a minute was a gas station...... It's a horribly managed company that does send out automated

I scheduled a taxi for a Thursday at 8:30 am, two days before my appointment. I called them some minutes after scheduling to make sure everything was okay, and the person who answered the phone has guaranteed me the driver would be there. On Thursday morning, the driver never showed up. After 20 minutes of delay, I called them three times and no answer. A person called me back after some minutes then. I had to explain everything again. Even the nature of my appointment was asked. Nobody knew that I was there waiting for a taxi. Awful I booked this car service weeks in advance for a ride to the airport , he was a few minutes late no big deal, drove so fast to the airport I literally had to hang on to the handle above the door, still no biggie, but it really upset me. When we got to the airport I saw what the meter was and assumed that was my price but the driver never stopped it so it ran up almost $4.00 which took my total to $24.00 and some change , so he didn't get a tip cause I felt he should have stopped it, I don't like slick people. I would never use this service again it's just a cab I could have

I am amazed by these guys, they did an excellent job for us. My Parents flew from Newark to Buffalo and from there they wanted to go to St Catharines, crossing the America - Canadian border. I made arrangements with this company and told them that my Parents do not speak English. They picked them up and brought them to their destination. Their driver even used a translator to tell them to prepare their passports. On their way back, same thing. Except this time the flight was delayed 3 times then cancelled. I made a round trip reservation 3 weeks in advance for pick-up from Buffalo/Niagara Airport to Niagara Falls, Ontario at $75 each way. I confirmed the reservation via email one week before our trip, and responded to the text message confirmation 2 days before our arrival.
On the day of our trip, we walked out of the airport and our "taxi" was nowhere to be found. Why even bother calling these guys? I tried calling really early, or what I thought was really early, 4:10am for a flight that boards at 5:40am. The guy on the phone said the driver would call me in 5 minutes. At 4:40am, after calling multiple times I get a text message, I am assuming from the driver asking to double check the address and to give me and estimated time of arrival of 20 minutes.
I couldn't wait anymore. I know the Buffalo airport is pretty to get in and out of, but this would be cutting it very close.

STAY AWAY!!!! Have a website and name similar to Airport Taxi clearing trying to scam their business. I found that out the hard way. Booked a ride to the airport for five with a 530 am pickup. The night before I received a confirmation call. The next morning at 530 no car, 540 no car, 550 no car. I ended up driving myself and luckily we didn't miss our flight. I called the number on the website and spoke to someone who seemed quite confused about our reservation and told me someone would call me back. I received two more calls from different people asking the same questions also

I had unfortunately chose this taxi service for my early morning airport travel which was scheduled at 4:15 AM. I got a email with confirmation number after I booked the taxi in their website and also received a confirmation call soon after that. Next day morning, I waited for 30 min for the taxi but it never showed up. There was no response for the phone calls nor for live chat in their website. I got frustrated and thought I would miss my flight until one of my friends dropped me at the airport. When I called and checked with that company during the day time, they couldn't help much on this

I am from Singapore and this is my first time in USA. I made the booking of the taxi online before I flew over from Washington DC to Buffalo. There was also a live chat whereby a friendly taxi agent helped me with my booking and gave me valuable advice on the timing and route. On the day itself, my driver waited for me at the airport and picked my family up. He helped to squeeze our luggages in our car and was very friendly throughout the whole ride as we made our way to our hotel in Niagara Falls. Overall, a very enjoyable and hassle-free experience. I will definitely recommend to book this then

Similar experience as other reviews. I booked online for a pick up from the airport and was told that the driver would monitor my flight to pick me up on time. After I arrived, the driver was not present. After calling twice, and standing by the curb for 30 minutes, I finally grabbed a ride from another cab company. The driver I called was very apologetic about it during the calls, but after waiting 30 minutes it didn't really matter.
Despite the convenience of online booking, I advise to avoid this company.

I used their on-line reservation system to book two trips: a ride from the vicinity of Elmwood Village to the Buffalo Bus Terminal, and back again a few days later. They called about an hour after I made the reservation to confirm. So far, so good. The ride out was the morning after a heavy snowfall. I called to make sure a car was still coming, but no answer and no way to leave a message.
