Planning experience was the worst i ever experience.i dont advise anyone to plan a cruise through a agent by the name Quianna Patterson. Only word i can use to describe her is awful. Very Unperfectinal. Dont care about clients.all about the money she can get out you..she put me and my family through very hard emotional times..i only gave a 1 star because the owner ms thomas was able to help our group get through it.WARNING !! Dont mess with this company..especially Quianna Patterson. Its to much to even list on here ..the experience i adored with that women.

My friends and family booked a seven day cruise with this company based on
the most knowledgeable and courteous reputation of the owner Ms. Thomas.
Unfortunately, we were assigned to an agent by the name of Quiana Patterson
and that's when the nightmare began. Ms. Patterson was very misleading,
uninformative, rude as well as adolescently spiteful. I literally had to
"chase her down" to obtain payment receipts, cabin information/location,
confirmation numbers, etc. so that I/we can select and prepay excursions
and/or beverage packages but to no avail did we receive any of the requested
