I can’t say enough about the care and help we received from Heather…I called frantic on a Wednesday late afternoon desperate because my mother was being dismissed from the rehab she had just arrived at the day before because it turned out to be a dementia issue..,my husband and I were beside ourselves…Heather called me back within a few minutes and calmed me down and never left our side thru tours….phone calls and everything else in between …and by Friday she helped us to make one of the hardest choices we had to make and do so with minimal guilt…we will be forever grateful.,
