We do not recommend this Towing company to anyone, especially someone who needs help with a flat tire. My daughter had a flat back in June and Rockford Towing came out to fix the flat for her. When the tech put the new tire on, they did not make sure it was flush with the hub. It was screwed on, but not properly. A few days later my daughter was driving on the highway and the tire came loose and completely fell off while she was driving. She could have been seriously injured or even worse.

I agree completely with Mandi's review. My experience with them yesterday was nothing short of a horror show on Holloween. I was broke down on the side of the road at Northland and Porter Hollow Dr, with complete brake failure. 15' from having been in a serious accident. My son in law came met me, inspected the problem and agreed that it should be towed, not driven. I googled and Rockford Towing was 1st on list. I called, a lady took info and then told me that it would be a little while. I told her I didn't want to wait and was calling another tow company. She kept talking and

These guys are crooks. I'm not from Rockford and locked my keys in my car. It was in the farmer market lot apparently which was very poorly labeled. They towed my vehicle an hour before posted times. They towed it at 4am and the sign says you have till 5am. Then we come to pick it up Sunday at 8am and they refuse to come let us get our car even though they know we drove out from Grand Rapids with a three month old. Said they'd call us when they were done with whatever they were doing. My husband tried to plead with them human to human that we had a baby with us and the rude woman hung
