Picked up new dishwasher, my only complaint is after they ran water through it to make sure it worked. They put the manual and paperwork inside, which ended up all wet from the (test run) it would have been much better to hand it to us to take into the car.

Christie's was a very professional and polite experience. The product was delivered exact day and time by fully knowledgeable technicians (not just delivery people) who knew the products and demonstrated proper use and care and answered every question. They left our home cleaned up after installations. Highly recommend.

We bought a new gas range in June, due to COVID it was delayed 3 months. We finally got it installed and after the 3rd day and 2nd use, our home’s carbon monoxide detectors went off. The Fire Dept came and evacuated us for an hour while the house aired out. Levels were around 80 - 90 ppm. Christie’s sent a tech out with no meter to check for a gas leak. There was no gas leak and suggested we call our Sales’s person.
We called Christie’s to discuss options for a new range and we were told it’s due to the packing oils in the new range. We explained it did not have a smell and already ran

Employees at the store are very nice, the issue I'm having is with the truck drivers who frequent the store Park all night long letting their trucks idle and generally disturbing my peace, I've looked at Christie's to help solve these issues have yet to hear anything back in return I feel like their standard of dealing with issues like this is to ignore them not the first issue I've had in the three years I've lived right next door to them might be a good store but not a good neighbor

Had a refrigerator delivered this morning. Two employees came the head guy was extremely inpatient and quite rude. He seemed to be in a major rush! Complained about having to wait while I removed the few items I left in my old refrigerator to keep cool. Complained because he had to remove my door to get in the new refrigerator and remove the old one. He complained because I had to remove a few plant's on my patio so they could get the refrigerator in. Seriously I wish I went with another appliance company!!!! In the future I definitely will!!! Currently having to clean up after he rushed away!

I have purchased more than 5 appliances from Christie’s. I am so disappointed with my last purchase. We replaced our old refrigerator/freezer last month. The delivery went smoothly. When it was installed they were only able to get one cup of water out of the dispenser and then it was decided that it worked. It never worked. No ice either. They have come out twice to replace the mother board and it still doesn’t work. Instead of replacing it with a functional one they are making us work directly with the manufacturer. It seems like better customer service would be to handle that side for the

Was able to pick up a washer today that the orange or blue box stores couldn't get for another 7 days. Price was comparable to the other stores and did I mention I got it the same day. Will be my first stop next time.

I have needed two appliances recently. Both times I went to Christie's (after doing a bit of online research) and both times Christie's was able to help me out and get me the products I was looking for, which I hear is still somewhat complicated due to Covid. Derrick was especially helpful this last time. It was a good experience.
