Best mattress purchase experience ever! Staff took the time to really listen to our needs and concerns, was very patient as we tried out many models, and helped us find just the right one. Also we had a great experience with delivery and setup with a thoughtful and careful team. All of this at a fair, no-nonsense price. We'll definitely buy here again, and wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who is tired of the big mattress corporate chains.

My daughter just moved to town and was looking for a new mattress set for her new place. I was only in town for a few days to help and wanted to get this off the to do list. We happen to luck up on Best Mattress Inc. We met Fred who was such wonderful sales associate. He helped my daughter pick out the perfect mattress and box spring set. Fred was able to set up delivery for that same week. We really appreciate his kindness and help. Fred truly made the process stress free. Called earlier in the day to inquire upon Malouf pillows. Owner answered all my questions and sounded like a nice guy. So, made the decision to pay him a visit in person later in the day. Just got off the phone with Mr. Byerly after ordering yet another mattress. Every single mattress in my home is from Best Mattress on Stone and Rodger. You can't and WONT get a better quality and price. He has beds for every budget. I will never buy a bed from anyone else,... because I'm SMART! 😊

I was mattress shipping for months when i decided to take a chance and stop into the yellow store. I was there for about 5 minutes before i found the perfect mattress at the perfect price. The guys there are so incredibly nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was there with my two daughters and as soon as we left they said "wow those guys were so nice to us!". My mattress was delivered on exactly the date we were told, and it was the best night's sleep I've had in years. The guys at Best Mattress are simply, the best! We walked in and no hard sell at all. We were able to take our time and try out as many mattress's as we wanted to. We found the mattress we liked and they worked out a great deal for us.
We had our King mattress delivered to us at a ridiculously low delivery fee. Aaron and Adam did an awesome job setting it all up when they got to our place, really fast and on time. Best thing about the experience was the people are good hearted, courteous, and respectful. I highly recommend them!

This is the best mattress store we have ever found. And it is a local business that will leave you totally satisfied once you become their customers. We were looking for a comfortable mattress at a reasonable price. We shopped around several stores before we went to Best Mattress. Granted, the store is not as pretty as other stores but it has a homey feel that is only natural for a family owned store and a wide array of mattresses. Went to your website to look at your products and first pic I noticed was a half naked girl in black bra, black skimpy underwear with black thigh-length hosiery. This was not what I was expecting and thought to myself that the owners need this hoopla to sell their products. I'm moving on to the next business on Yelps list. Hopefully it at least tries to maintain decency.

Chris and his guys were great!
We moved to Tucson and didn't have a bed. I called Chris ahead of our arrival and he discussed different mattress options and held one he thought would work for us. When we got to Best Mattress, Chris had us try different mattresses and we went with the one he originally recommended.
Mattress was delivered the next day!
We also ordered a wood bedframe from Best Mattress and they even loaned us a box spring and frame until it arrived.
The delivery guys were on time and did a great job

Just bought a king-mattress box spring (two twins, actually) from Fred. This is a family-owned business and we were VERY pleased with the people and the prices being charged. The delivery was free and the two men moved the bed around, installed the box spring, reinstalled the mattress and took away several unneeded items. Check them out before making your purchases!

Easiest place to shop. My daughter and I found Best Mattress on line and drove on down. We met Chris, who is friendly and easy going. He asked me what type of mattress I was looking for and if I had any back issues. We tried on all the mattresses. No pressure. What a pleasure! I made a purchase. Honestly there are no words to describe how amazing these guys( Chris and Aaron*) are. I never went to their location I found them online , than messaged them through Facebook one night when I couldn't sleep , they responded ! The next day Aaron* came to help me install a semi difficult conversion kit and bring my daughter her brand new bed. They went above and beyond . Do not hesitate to buy from them ! These guys are awesome! We walked in to Fred hanging out with his granddaughter watching a video of puppies, and we just knew this was where we would buy. On top of the exceptional customer service, their prices are almost too good to be true and every mattress comes with a brand new box spring and bed frame, and free delivery. Ours arrived with a tag that stated it had only been manufactured a week prior to arrival. We chose an amazing Spring Air mattress and have slept like babies since it arrived.

We purchased two Twin and one King size Dr's Choice mattresses for a cost well below the price of ONE King mattress of same or lesser quality at local furniture and mattress stores. (BTW, all our guests have commented on how comfortable the mattresses are and how well they slept!)
Due to the location of window shutters and other features in the home we had to keep overall bed height under a certain measure. Fred suggested that we use a shorter base which he could have custom-made

Came here to find a mattress for my son for college. We were greeted right away and asked important questions. My son and husband were testing out the mattresses and I went and roamed around. Fred introduced himself and we chatted away. His son (sorry I didn't get his name) helped my son and they set up delivery for the SAME day!
Fred was so personable, the business is his and his son's--family owned. They spoke directly to my son, explaining the warranty and if any problems, to call them direct.
Very reasonable prices, no frills store which is great for savings! Would recommend this
