Paid $5,000+ for a week over Thanksgiving at The Bee in Eagles Nest and was very disappointed. Only 1 garbage can for a house that sleeps 14, and it was full upon arrival. Understocked kitchen and bathroom amenities. House was not clean and the back porch and furniture was full of leaves and very unkept. Empty LP tanks. Contacted management numerous times with no resolution.
UPDATE - management reached out and made things right. Will use them again.

Can’t say enough good things about Blue Ridge Mountain rentals, we had so much snow in TN the day before we needed to leave and ended up having to delay our travel by one day. Erica F., with customer service was literally the kindest, most helpful person ever. We had a great stay, at a beautiful cabin, and I’m still so glad we booked through them. We will forever be a customer!!

Thank you for a great family weekend in the mountains! Lisa and Amy were a pleasure to work with. The orginal house we booked had a last minute plumbing issue and the team was great in rebooking us quickly in an upgraded home nearby. Thanks again!

Poor service, terrible attitude towards customers.
This was the last time we used this company although it's been always 15 years since we first rented a house from them. Over the years the rate of failing hot-tubs was roughly 40%. So, here's our last stay:
a) HotTub broke down, the company failed to repair
b) Smoke Alarms triggered spontaneously due to dying batteries. We were forced to take the batteries out since false alarms woke up kids
c) Management failed to compensate for these failures. After a few weeks of silent treatment they did grace us with an answer, which was basically a lame

Extremely poor experience with this rental agency. We made reservations for two guests to stay at one of their listings. Our stay was averaging out to $750/night. Upon receiving the rental agreement to be signed, I noticed that the verbiage within the agreement was drafted in such a way as to primarily cover the rental agency & property owners…..with very little protections provided to renters. We travel often, and this was the most heavily biased agreement I've seen thus far. However, I fully intended to simply grin & bear it, until I came to the check-in & check-out times. Check-in for houses

Nicest people ever!! Humble and helpful, at your service. It's no wonder this company has steadily added so many more new homes to their repertoire...if and when I purchase or build my mountain dream home, Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals will be my agents!

I have vacationed and stayed at many rentals/hotels and this was BY FAR the worst stay to date! Upon entering the home I noticed the pictures of the home and what the home offers are very much not consistent. There were 13 of us staying at the Tree Top Lodge, which is a 6 bedroom home. There was enough sleeping arrangements for everyone (though the beds in all rooms minus the main master were terrible and hard), but the main living room is very tiny and the couches were stiff. The kitchen doesn’t include a table, but there is a island with bar stools, which isn’t ideal with little kids. They

Cabin was great. Amenities, location, atmosphere were all great.
Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals is very poorly managed and they are very rude.
The AC was not working and it took them 2 days to get someone to even respond let alone send someone out. The fire alarm started going off (sounded like a low battery that caused it to cycle) and we had to leave the cabin for 8 hours while we tried to get someone on the phone to come take a look (normally not a big deal but we had a 90 year old in a wheelchair). Lastly, a few folks forgot something when we left and when calling to find out if they had a lost

Stayed at Welcome Home cabin for a week in Heaven. This is our second stay at this location. We have rented through Blue Ridge Mountain rentals for other locations and find them to be an excellent rental company with a large supply of up to date and convenient rental properties in the northwestern Carolina Mountains.
The home is delightful especially for a couple or small family. The home is well appointed, decorated, and well situated. The owners have done a beautiful job in updating this cabin and truly making it feel like home. We brought our two small dogs who loved, loved, loved being there

We stayed at "A Walk in the Clouds" and everything was exactly as advertised. Reservation was easy, the people at Blue Ridge Rentals were very responsive and made everything so smooth. The cabin had a great view, was well maintained, and comfortable. We'll definitely rent again.
