Nicole is the first smiling face you see when you come into the office at Bruce Chiropractic & Comprehensive Care. She moved to Miami during her childhood, but returned to Ocala where she attended Blessed Trinity. Nicole was a student of the charter class at Trinity Catholic High School. She is currently working towards her AA degree in Biology and would eventually would like to study pediatric medicine.
Arriving at a doctors office for the first time can be a nerve racking experience. Paperwork to fill out, new faces and names to learn, and getting to know your way around the office; this can hit the senses all the at same time causing overload. In contrast, at Bruce Chiropractic & Comprehensive Care our aim is to remove any stressor causing unnessesary tension and make you feel comfortable.
Chiropractic care is like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work correctly. When building a house, if you tried to put up your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually collapse. If you tried to put on your roof before the walls were ready, you would run into the same problem.

Dr Bruce and his staff have treated me with the utmost respect and attention since the first time I went to their office 3 months ago. At my first appointment, Dr Bruce took a lot of time listening to me and evaluating my concerns. He determined that I had a degenerated, arthritic hip, (in addition to problems i was having with my total knee replacement) which even the orthopedic surgeon I had been seeing missed. Unfortunately, this problem required surgery but he has recommended several additional treatment options to ensure that I would get as good a result as possible. I would certainly recommend

Really nice people. Very professional and efficiently run office. Felt comfortable and confident that I was getting great care.
This is a follow up to my original remarks from a few weeks ago. I want to thank Dr. Bruce and his team as I have just gone through 24 hours of no pain whatsoever in my lower back. Just a few days ago I feared that I would never get back to a normal life. Thank you so much for continuing to work with me until you were successful.

I have been having recurring neck issues from old injuries. Dr. Bruce and staff saw me, assessed my situation and immediately set a course of treatment. When I left today, I had a plan and options for relief that did not include surgery. For that, I am grateful. Everyone was kind, caring, and sincere. Dr Bruce is 5⭐ for my first time I wasn't so sure what to expect,but from the time you walk in till you walk out you will be treated great. Everyone is so kind and caring,Dr Bruce listens to you and puts a plan together to fit your needs, I was very impressed with how everyone really cares and makes you feel. Exceptional office visit from check-in to check-out.
Dr. Bruce and his staff took the time to gather a complete history, listened to my needs and provided a great treatment plan. During treatment the office manager (didn’t catch her name) made sure I was comfortable and checked on me numerous times.
I previously went to a chiropractor (worst experience) and swore I’d never go to another.
After hearing about Dr. Bruce’s practice I gave it a shot and was not disappointed!
Will be back!!
