I worked for this company for 3 weeks and can tell you this is the most disorganized and dysfunctional business Ive worked in to date.
There was no real training for employees who assist patients by phone. Basically the phone reps are tossed onto the phone and told were not allowed to give any information to patients. They can only set consultations and that is it. Any other question a patient has you need to re-route them to make an appointment. Employees are not given training then battered by management about not knowing how to correctly process calls or information. Based on how they treat

I was treated here for knee injections and the care I received from Meagan Johnson, APRN was outstanding! She explained every aspect of the procedure, asked if I had any questions, and made sure I was okay during the injections. She is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Being greeted by Cailin St. John at the front desk was an added bonus. She is the epitome of friendly, customer service! She would be a great customer service trainer!

Awesome service, very welcoming as new patients .. Dr Soto instantly made my husband Barret and myself very comfortable while explaining the process of. I was very nervous before starting treatment but Dayna and Katie have made the experience fun but yet productive by their pleasant happy professional atmosphere, it is a relaxing process to began healing. I've been going to Florida Spine and Injury for a while now, in Ocala. They are terrific. No matter what mood I am in, when I get there, and believe me they have seen them all, I leave with a smile on my face. Dayna and Katie are the best. They do very good work and are always encouraging, complimentary and just plain funny. I always leave more relaxed than when I come in. They are efficient and I get in and out in a timely manner. They are just great! Dr Soto is the best. Concerned and caring. Very good chiropractor and helped me a lot. Thank you to all.
