My first car crash and my vehicle gets totaled, 2,000 $ in physical therapy and a few trips to the doctors and all my pain and suffering was only worth 7,000$. Which really means 3,200$ because they get pretty much half of it. I was very disappointed because my new car pretty much costed me just as much as I got back. The lawyer i was dealing with said that 7,000 is the most I could win because I didn't attend therapy long.... he didn't even try to fight for me.
