Many people who are empaths, feel emotions so strongly (theirs and others) that one of the ways they have learned to cope with this is by eating unhealthy foods or food in larger quantities than their body needs. This may have developed when quite young and easily becomes a habit as life goes on. For some, carrying excess weight is a way of protecting self from stress, feelings and unwanted attention.

Diets often fail for empaths as they may be unaware of their negative eating patterns and changing eating behaviors can feel too overwhelming. Which may then start the restricting then overeating process. This site does not and cannot contain medical advice. I have been "overly sensitive" since I can remember. I was very observant as a child and internalized all experiences around me. I was called moody, and dark as a teen and had never felt like a "happy go lucky" girl. It wasn't until a couple of years ago that I realized I'm more than just sensitive and intuitive- I am an empath.
The fact is that weight loss and good health is 80% nutrition. You cannot out run a poor diet. We have to make choices about what to eat many times per day- no wonder making good choices is so difficult! I can help you to reach your nutrition goals by creating a plan that works for you and I will help to keep you on track every week until you get there!

Randi is such a kind, helpful, knowledgeable person and was exactly who I needed! I really needed to change my attitude toward food and some poor eating habits. Randi helped me to be easier on myself, and gave me great tips and recipes to be happier and healthier. I am so grateful for her!

Randi has completely transformed my life and has educated me on the importance of overall heath, as apposed to a " quick fix." I am a recent Leukemia and Stem Cell Transplant survivor who was looking for someone to help me get on a better track and regain my health. In the time I have spent with her, she has taught me so much about my body and the importance of good nutritious plant-based food to slim down, but also live a healthy life! Randi will even go grocery shopping with you and teach you how to read labels and find yummy recipes! The best part is she will never let you go hungry! I feel

I worked with Randi and was 100% satisfied with what I learned. She made me more aware of what was going on mentally which is why I chose her from the start. You cannot "diet" or even workout unless you are in the right state of mind and that is what Randi helps with. One on one, grocery shops with you, checks in constantly, and gets back to you right away, especially when you have questions. It is all about balance. Was very pleased!

In the beginning of 2019 I was not feeling well and Dr couldn't figure out what was going on after various test. My only thinking was my diet. So after 6 month of Dr appointments I decided to look at my diet... though I am a busy mom of 5 kids so I needed someone that understood my life styles, and understood this was not going to be easy. Randi was there weekly showing me what to look at when shopping, how to shop for me, and how to balance my diet. It was a great start to a healthier me.

Randi is awesome at what she does! She helped me lose over 10lbs and guess what! I actually got to eat good food. She taught me a lot of things that I have been able to take with me every time I go shopping. She is great at keeping touch and was always a text away when I was confused about something. Stick with her program and you will see results!

Randi is awesome. She taught me a lot about nutrition, she is very caring and also understands what people my age are going through. She also got me in touch with a wonderful natural doctor that helped me understand what was going on with my body. She has amazing recipes. She taught me how to read labels at the grocery stores and gave me great ideas for meals.

We had a great experience with Randi. She was able to take our lifestyle into account and help us modify our eating habits to still lose weight. Her plans are fun, easy and her recipes taste amazing. Our weight loss was gradual but we never thought it was difficult and we never said “I quit”. We lost inches and pounds but even more importantly we learned how to read nutrition labels and make healthier choices for ourselves our kids. Thank you randi!
