Health is an important component to living a longer and happier life. Whether you want to learn to incorporate nutritious foods, understand how certain foods react in your body, or want to eat more plant based, adopt a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle, we can teach you how. Gastrointestinal problems such as IBS, Colitis, Crohn's disease, GERD, bloating, constipation and diarrhea can make the task of daily life difficult.
These issues cause malnutrition, daily discomfort, embarrassment and make it difficult to leave the house. Nutrition is a key component to managing these issues. Diabetes is a disease that affects the production or efficiency of insulin in the body. Unmanaged diabetes creates damage to blood vessels and leads to complications such as blindness, amputations, strokes and heart attacks.

Our Dietitians use a 4 step A.B.L.E program to not only transform your body but mentality around food. Most of our clients are with us for 6-9 months as we take them through our 3 phases of Recovery, Results and Maintenance. Most diets teach you how to lose weight but they don't teach you how to sustain those results.
Many insurances will cover a minimum of 3 visits per calendar year for Nutrition Counseling or Medical Nutrition Therapy depending on the diagnosis code.
Some insurances require a referral so we ask that a referral be faxed to our office at 480-809-6813 (please note, we had to change our fax number and this is the correct number to use) along with labs and any charting information you feel is important to help our dietitians see the whole picture.

I've been working with Wendy for about 9 months. In that relatively short period of time I've gone from 14 to 10% body fat, I'm sleeping better, and I feel great. I'm much more educated in regards to the dietary choices I make, which is critical to long term weight management success. Wendy has a very common sense approach which works well for me.

Working with Victoria has been nothing short of life-changing for me. Though my profession positions me around heathy food, I still needed help on my journey. With Victoria I found encouragement, never any judgement. She helped me identify practical, and sustainable strategies to make meeting my goals finally attainable and for that I am truly grateful. I appreciate that she says no to gimmicks and has a real-world approach. I found her tips and advice easy to follow and I felt more inspired when it came to meal planning and prep. I liked how her advice was tailored to my needs and how she made

Wendy Green is great at listening, and knowing what to say to encourage thought, and effort, but not being overbearing, or shaming in any way. This is very important when it comes to food. For example, Wendy takes a pragmatic approach to food plans, and encouraged me to find what worked for me so that I wouldn't keep running into a brick wall, of failing to follow my food plan. I have lost around 60 pounds, and I am maintaining a weight in my proper BMI range, which was goal.

5 stars just isn’t enough!! When I started on my journey with Wendy a few months ago, I was really seeking guidance and education about nutrition to help me fight the sluggish, tired, junky way my body was feeling. What I got was a lifestyle change I didn’t even know I needed!!! I did not realize how much diet culture had really skewed my relationship with food and my body, and with Wendy’s custom program I was able to adjust the way that I ate, planned and even thought about food. Her guidance helped me learn so much about my body and I am happy to say that I was able to get rid of the horrible

Wendy is one of the most compassionate and friendly people that I have ever met. I met with her after being diagnosed with diabetes. She took all of my concerns and questions in stride, and provided me so much information in my first visit that I took with me and really took to heart.
She was so genuinely excited for me when my weight started to drop and I was also genuinely excited to see that someone was so concerned for my well being overall, not just one aspect of it.
I would highly recommend Wendy, as not only is she knowledgeable and will provide you correct information on how to manage
