It was a great experience buying a boat from VS Marine. This was our first time buying a boat. Shaun was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, even the silly ones, and never put any pressure on us to buy. He was instrumental in helping us pick the right boat for our family. Kris and the team were great! I originally ordered my boat in So Ca and after the order was placed the dealer had a falling out with Malibu. I was asked if I wanted to proceed with the order through VS , I was skeptical at first as my sales guy locally was great and VS was 220 miles from my house.
Spoke with Kris and felt comfortable, he came through on everything and his communication was fantastic. I highly recommend. This was my 3rd boat purchase and by far the best!!! Thanks VS Marine Team!!

I'm giving three stars because customer service isn't that great. I purchased some items from them that I ended up not needing after all. I spoke to a gentleman on the phone he looked up my purchase receipt he said to bring them on in for a refund. Well i get there and then they say I can't get a refund or store credit because the receipt was over the 30 day return window. I was 8 days past the date. I wish they would have stated that on the phone, rather than me bring the items down and to have them say it's a no go on the refund or store credit.

We purchased our 2019 Bennington Pontoon Party Barge on 7/2019 and wouldn't go anywhere else for our boating needs!! All staff are very knowledgeable and their customer service was outstanding. VS Marine superseded our local marine dealerships in the Central Valley and was worth the drive to close the deal!!

We were in the market for our first boat and looking at lightly used. The T23 Axis we purchased was in immaculate condition and everything Kris had described over the phone and emails. We drove up from the San Diego area to pick up our boat and are extremely happy with our choice. The staff at VS Marine are top notch and extremely knowledgeable. Sean walked us through every detail of the boat at pick up and made sure we left knowing the most minor of details. VS Marine is AWESOME!! We purchased a previously owned Malibu MXZ from VS Marine. We hunted for the right boat deal for a few years, and found VS Marine to be fairly priced. The team at VS Marine bent over backwards to help us make the right decision for our family. This place may very well be the last place in the country that knows a thing about customer service. I thought this caliber of outstanding customer service was dead. From the very beginning they made me feel as a part of their family. The shop is clean and organized, which is huge with my family. The service department actually knows what they are talking about and doesn't try to shine you on. I can't thank everyone there enough for servicing my boat during the start of a busy season. Super stoked with our experience and purchase at VS Marine. We've been shopping for a specific boat for over a year. We kept seeing this boat at their shop in Atascadero, but was a little hesitant because the drive was long for our family. We kept coming back to the boat they had listed, and it had everything we wanted. My family decided to finally pull the trigger and make the drive. My wife and I purchased a Sea-Doo boat from Valley speed and marine, we signed a contract and DMV paperwork and paid cash.
We brought it home, spent 4 days cleaning and detailing it. When we put it on the lake it ran poorly was missing and cutting out.
We contacted Kris and we brought the boat in for repairs . We advised Kris that we would be going on vacation for 2 weeks and will pick up the boat upon our return.
When we returned, Kris advised that they no longer had the boat that it would be too costly to repair it and they got rid of it and we never saw it again. How can they get rid of
