This is a bad company. The executives are incompetent, especially engineering management. Urban-Gro treats their employees poorly. If you want to know more about that, look up Urban-Gro on glassdoor and see why they have a 1-star rating. I can confirm that some of the 5-star reviews left here on Google were posted by employees of the company, to falsely boost their score. Don’t do business with Urban-Gro.

Urban-gro has some awesome employees. The daily catered lunches were amazing; however, be careful or you might experience the “freshman 15” lol.
My biggest challenge was that I specifically communicated to the team I was interviewing with that I have a zero tolerance policy for micromanagement which still happened regardless.
Loved working with Wysteria and Nichole (Both amazing ladies).
My biggest advice to this company is to not hire someone until you are ready for them. I enjoyed my short time here and learned a ton. At the end of the day, my exit was solely based on one thing (described
