I reached out to Allied in attempt to move my business over to them. There was an initial conversation which they seemed interested in doing business with us. I even had samples dropped of to be coated. I sent an email containing details for products to be quoted and followed up 4 or 5 times via email with absolutely 0 response over 4 week time frame. I called one last time and spoke to someone different, explained the situation. I told him who we were currently using which he instantly had something negative to say about their competition, said he would pass the message over, and still hear nothing

I had many pieces of outdoor furniture redone with Allied Powder Coating last year and the quality is exceptional. The pick up and delivery were great with their communication. I had an issue with one table top and they immediately picked it back up and re did at no charge including another trip to deliver.

We were told 8 Days by the inspector that my metal gates would be powder coated and that they would call us with updates. It's going on 3 weeks now with no updates. I attempted to get in contact with the inspector, but the Main office gave me the run around. Leaving me on hold "While she checked the files for our paper work". The Assistant couldn't find my gates. So I told her the inspectors name ( Sales Rep ) She said he would get in contact with me ASAP.
Its now 5 Days later, no word from the Sales Rep or the company.

My mom gave me a beautiful outdoor metal table and chairs 12 years ago. They were still good but rust had started and all of the screws and nuts were rusted as well. Mom had her table and chairs re-coated by Allied Powder Coating, so I thought I'd try them.
First, they sent a designer out to review, suggest procedure and color and quote it. He was awesome. The price, $810, kinda took me back, but after research I found that was more than reasonable. I even found out that today you can't buy the set I have for less than $3,500, and even then, it would be made in China with inferior

I spent over $1300 to get my patio furniture powder coated. While their actual powder coating is beautiful, it is their customer service that is lacking. They ruined one of the rings needed to re-hang my swing. They also did not re-attach some parts to a bench. I called several times to inquire about the ring, and was told that new rings were on order. Now another month has gone by, and no word, and they do not return my calls. So, what could have been a rave review, is left at 2 stars for the poor treatment that I received. I doubt seriously that I will be a return customer. * The photo shows

James came right to my home for the initial consult - he was friendly and professional, and made the whole experience very easy for me. I am thrilled with the finished product, which I got in a timely fashion. Pickup and delivery was easy and convenient, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Allied again.

Allied just delivered six Woodard aluminum patio chairs that they recoated and installed new Sunbrella fabric on.
They also replaced the rubber "feet" that came off years ago.
They did a fantastic job in all aspects. The furniture is absolutely like new. The job was perfect from start to finish. Very nice people to work with, both sales and office support staff, and the delivery folks were extremely pleasant.
I have no problem giving them the highest recommendation.

In mid-September, I asked Allied Powder Coating they could remove rust and recoat my four foot outdoor metal sculpture/fountain. They did a nice job arranging to pick it up, completed work in a few weeks, and delivered it back to our home in a relatively efficient manner. Their work on the fountain was good not great. Evidently, they try to get off as much rust as possible, but there is no attempt to repair any damage caused by the rust, therefore some of the fountain surfaces were not smooth.

Well they picked up my patio Table and 6 chairs. They said approximate quote was 1000.00 when they received at their factory they called and started nickel and dimeing me to the tune of 1400.00, due to all the welds they had to repair and so on. Well they already had my furniture so I said go ahead. I am aware I could purchase a really nice outdoor set for the 1400.00. This was done in March of 2013.
It is August 2013 and the arms are falling off the chairs, and there are already rust spots. I called they said bring them in 125.00 for a weld. Well 4 arms have fallen off so far.
