Booked for 11.30 today I waited outside my home from 11.25. Car did not arrive, upon contact them after 3 calls i got to speak to someone who told me that the driver knocked at my door, this is not possible. Very disappointed in what in the past has been a good service, due to this I had to cancel a Drs appointment & re book again in 3 weeks time. Feel I can only give one star

Last time I used this company was probably about 10 years ago, same problem happened again when I used them last week . No problem with the service apart from the fact that the driver answered his phone several times during the journey. NOT hands free, [I probably should have said something to him] it was a old small phone he picked up , I didn't feel comfortable , at 1 point he wondered over the central line. A car started to pull out of a junction , he did react but while holding the phone I wasn't reassured. I'd booked a return journey but cancelled this and got another company . I will not

No airs & graces on the telephone but don't be put off by that because the actual service is excellent. I felt very safe and was looked after extremely well, in fact better than any other taxi firm that I've used for the past 40 years. Will most definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
