This review is long over due. I have been a client with Valerie for more than 5 years & she won't ever lose my business. She is very knowledgeable not only on brows but skincare as well. I been going to her for about 4 yrs now. There was a time where SHE HAD NO OFFICE SPACE and was ONLY doing house calls. As she got more established she started getting less and less professional. She has canceled on my sister a handful of times and impossible to get a hold of to reschedule and she left a deposit. She always had me waiting outside passed my schedule time but god for but ur late on her she wouldn't take you. She canceled on me 5min before my schedule appointment when I had already ubered to my appointment. Saying she was has no appointment today and was not scheduled to come

ALL WOMEN ACTUALLY ! So many female owned and operated businesses. Vals Brows, and another gal who does Microblading , A woman who does acupuncture, two female therapists, a gal in architecture, the art studio ,and more to come !! I hope my new neighbor has s cool business.

Really bad service if I can said that because I paid for just to book an appointment, but I didn't have the service which I paid for. I do not recommend this place is a scam. The lady makes you book online only so she can keep your money. Don't go here . Also when you tell her to do the service she acts like a little girl, no ethical nor friendly, doesn't care for the customers. First time going in here and got ripped off. She will steal your money. Don't go here

Her salon space is comfortable and adorable. She is extremely meticulous. Knowledgable and kind and very skilled at what she does. I enjoyed my eyebrow appoinment. I'm 56 so theres not much there to work with but I left with eyebrows shaped and lovely. She threaded them and then did a henna. I love that. She takes appoinments online at her website, easy breazy.

Val is truly a master brow artist and I'm soooo happy I found her!!!!!
I am in school to become an esthetician and last week we had the reputable company Benefit come to our class to do a demo and teach us how to shape a persons brows. If you don't know, Benefit has a brow bar and their brow technicians are thoroughly trained by highly skilled artists in the industry. Well, the brow technician decided to use me as her model to show the class how to shape a persons brows. Anyway while she was teaching us how to align brows to get that perfect shape; she complimented my brows three times

I was introduced to Val when she was in Lakewood, Ca. I remember walking into the place and saying I want the best eyebrows you can provide, I've gone to many people and they have messed me up! Mind you I have a good thick brow!!!! Lol
Anyways, they pointed me towards Val and I have her a look like girl please don't mess me up... and as history and the eyebrow angels has written she has been stuck with me for the rest of her life
I moved to Las Vegas and that has not stopped me from dropping by and getting my eyebrows snatched thank you Val for blessing all of us!

Got my eyebrows done by Valerie a few months ago and I was unhappy with the results so she suggested that I tint my eyebrows. I agreed, and when I went to pay she didn't charge me for the tint since she was concerned that I was unsatisfied(which was nice of her since I was still going to pay for it). I still paid my remaining balance since I had made my deposit in advance. Now I wanted to give her another chance to get an eyelash lift, she rejected my service and will send me a refund on my deposit since I was unsatisfied the 1st time and didn't pay for a service that she chose not to
