I've been going to Renee and her spa for sugaring and other services for years now and honestly I would not go anywhere else. She is super accommodating, professional, and talented. I have pretty stubborn hair and really sensitive skin and she is extremely quick AND still extremely efficient making the process smooth and as pain free as possible. I've been to other people who leave my skin raw from going over it so many times, but never with Renee. I updated to two stars, but my rate is first not fake. Second It is my rate and it may not everyone's view. I know is mine.
I needed a next day appointment for my wife for a wax and this one was the only place open that I could find. I do rely a lot in these reviews and that why I do them good or bad. This was a place with more reviews than others so I took the chance.
My wife walk out of the place with neither the service nor the cost of it. And she is an expert on it and with high standards. We did not use any of the other services.
The place has a good location and they do offer a parking

I had a sugaring appt today and was very impressed with the staff and overall cleanliness of the salon. The girls were friendly and attentive when I had questions about my service. Prices were reasonable and comparable to other nearby sugaring locations I looked at. I am so happy I found this place! Great location, staff + service. I will definitely be back again!

I've been getting sugared by Chelsea for a few months now and she is SOOOOOO GREAT. I've tried all types of waxes at different locations but soon as I came across Chelsea I've never turned back! My first time i was kind of nervous cause i heard it hurt a lot (kind of. It's hair removal duh) but she explained everything thoroughly, and even explained the after care. She is totally dedicated to her clients while providing the best kind of service! She is super friendly and also very flexible with her appointments. The best sugar water I've ever had! She's so thorough and gets the hair so well! This wax has consistently given me the most hair removal and has lasted the longest before regrowth than any other wax I have gotten and I've been waxing for 7 years! I started going to Renee about 4 years ago for her Brazilian Sugar Wax, which I must say is better than anyplace else I had tried before. Her work is neat, clean and FAST.
She has now added micro-blading to her services and I was nervous about having it done, because it's permanent makeup and what if I didn't like it?! But I decided to give it a try with Renee because I trust her, and sure enough I love my results!
You might want to get on her client list soon, because I have a feeling she's going to have a very active 2018.

I visited this place on Saturday because I wanted my back hair removed. I yelped hair removal near me and this place came up and had great reviews. Renee and her employee were gracious and made me feel right at home as soon as I walked in the door. The service, although painful, went as well as I expected. The whole experience took about an hour.

I have been getting my eyelashes and sugaring done with Renee since she was at her old location in Redondo Beach. She always does an amazing job with my eyelashes. They look longer and fuller but still look natural. Sugaring is a painless and a comfortable experience.

I went to see Renee for eyelash extensions from a deal and decided to try her out since she is local. When I came to her place I was warmly greeted by her; I told her wanted to have really natural lashes. Renee took her time to make me feel comfortable and explained the entire process in great detail. During my appointment there, I relaxed away to some really jammin' music-which I love!! . After she was done, I was AMAZED at how natural they looked, my eyes didn't sting with the product she uses! Renee is very talented and detail-oriented. I have gotten my eye lashes done at several different establishments. After I got a full set of lashes from Renee, I will never go to anyone else. I was so impressed with the quality of her work and the lashes (no glue showed at all) , they look and feel natural and that is what I wanted. My first sugaring experience was with Renee and I thought it was a better experience than waxing. Renee is easy to talk to and very thorough at sugaring. The scheduling online process is easy and sends reminders. Super close parking is metered before 6pm. The location is a rented room in a salon, so if you are expecting a 'spa' experience then you may want to look elsewhere. If you are looking for a good sugaring, then you found your match.

Renee at South Bay Waxing & Sugaring Spa is wonderful!!! I originally went to Renee when I purchased a special groupon. I had gotten a brazilian sugaring a few years ago and it was a great experience, however I had to drive an hour to get it. So, I was looking for someone who was comparable in price, sensitivity, and location. I found all of that when I met Renee!! She is a great lady. She is super sensitive and in tune with you and your needs. She takes her time and is very precise in ensuring that you are satisfied.
