This is the 3rd time I used Rivera's. I could not be happier with the service I received there. This last time I needed fiberglass repaired on my Covette. They did an outstanding repair. The paint matched perfectly too. I will continue to use Rivera's body shop. I highly recommend this family owned business. Proud to have them as part of our community.

I had my Nissan Versa fixed at this shop and it was done to perfection! My car looks even better than when I first got it. They made sure to keep constant communication with me and even handled some updates on my claim (my car had more damage than initially thought) for me. They're staff is super welcoming and friendly and made me feel secure in choosing them for my car repairs. I will 100% return to Rivera's Body Shop for any future needs and recommend to all my friends and family!

I needed minor paint job for my car.
The quote was very reasonable. I got five dollars to Starbucks just for coming in for a quote.
They finished the job in a day, washed my car at Fast 4 Express (my favorite car wash!) and even vacuumed my car!!! Seriously, thank you so much, Carsmetics!!!! Shoutout to Dave--he's the best!

No one likes to deal with car accidents. I got rear ended by a gentleman and made a claim with his insurance company. His insurance company tried to low ball the repair and quoted me for about $500 in repairs.
Rivera's is a neighborhood business and decided to go in and chat about my estimate. I was told that my estimate was only to repair my bumper not to REPLACE my bumper. That was a huge bummer to me because the bumper had a deep gouge and I didn't want bondo over a hole. Staff was able to reach out to the insurance company with clear photos and a request to replace the bumper with

Awesome experience. Jeremy and his team sincerely care about the customer and their individual needs. I received a great rate and a quick turnaround time. So the owner replied stating I harassed him and I never even spoke to him. Again, lies! If it wasn't for this review I wouldn't have even known his name. I spoke to a woman who seemed to know nothing. Yes it was through a rental agency but I'm being billed the charges. I've taken these photos to at least 2 other body shops and was quoted far less in labor. So since the owner claims he did much more why didn't he outline it here so everyone can see? Shady business. Again, I urge you not to use this shop. I'm still in the process of filing a complaint.

This place is the best in San Diego his family on on they did excellent job in my car I was really impressed with the work that they did they were fast and very professional. You're not going to find a better body shop the price was right and they guarantee their work 100%.!! I went to Rivera body shop to get a dent fixed & some scratches removed & i had literally the best experience they repaired the damages in less than 24 hours i will not go to another body shop but these guys i loved the vibe that i got from them plus they are a family owned business that value their customers. Very affordable as well.

Wanted to Thank "Joky" for her customer service & follow through regarding my parents 2000 Toyota Avalon. After 16 years of bumper bumps - sun fade + door dings their can looks great...! Appreciated Joky finding us a used driver's seatbelt to replace with as it saved at least $200. Also the trunk wouldn't open with the remote and it turned out to be a switch that somehow got turned off some time ago -- no charge. Thank you Rivera for your quality work & great price...
