This shop was recommended by Toyota for my insurance repairs. I had an amazing experience. The customer service is phenomenal and a huge part of why my experience here as great. They remembered me by name and remembered my car. They finished my repairs faster than they quoted and they hadn't even received full payment from my insurance yet, but they still finished my car and allowed me to pick it up. My beautiful Porsche SUV had horrible damage after scraping against a cement pillar, to avoid a fast incoming car. Most importantly, my car looks better than before the scrape! I chose to go to a small business versus the Porsche dealership. I'm so glad I did! The artistry and paint match, and match of my lower wraps were impeccable. They detailed the car, and even ordered me an Uber to and from my loaner vehicle. I also appreciated the constant flow of updates. Don't go anywhere else!

I was quoted 3 weeks by most other service providers to fix some heavy damage to my bumper and hatch. Auday and his team got the job done in less than a week. I picked up my vehicle a week ago now, all the repairs and mechanics of my car are great! The work appears to be of quality and my vehicle isn't presenting anything of questionable performance. I am writing this review because I am a very needy person and have high expectations in life. I'm one of those customers where if the job doesn't 100% satisfy me, I will make sure it meets my expectations and standards. I have a very high-end vehicle, so it takes a lot of consideration when choosing someone to work on my car. I have a Marina Bay Blue BMW M5, so it's a tricky color to match the paint. The team at Collision Experts is nothing short of what their name states. I'm glad I found them and they took care of my car quickly. Auday was so wonderful! I came in with a broken side-view mirror, and was immediately greeted and taken care of. He was helpful in working with my insurance and has very fair pricing for the wonderful work Collision Experts do. My car was beautiful when I picked it up - and he even helped me replace the battery in my dead Key fab :) I would definitely come back.

Love these guys! I got rearended in my new car and brought it to them. The insurance company tried to just write it off as a paint job. They thoroughly inspected the damage and helped me work with the insurance company. They replaced the trunk, back doors, bumper, paint, and even detailed it for me. All in two weeks! Also, their customer service is great! Would recommend to everyone!!

Excellent service and craftsmanship. I have a 2016 Chevy 2500 HD with a metallic grey paint finish (which is extremely hard to paint). I had a huge dent as well as paint damage and the fine gentleman Auday Shamoon did a more than perfect job. The quality and honest this establishment has is one of kind.! I took my 2016 4Runner LTD to Auday on Monday and just picked her up! I had hit a pole last week and needed the bumper replaced. I am beyond happy with the service he provided. From the very beginning he was super helpful and walked me through everything. Collision experts did an excellent job. As an added bonus, they even cleaned the interior and exterior! I was recommended by a friend to bring my car here and am so glad I did! I made an appt for an estimate and Auday called insurance company, arranged my rental, had the rental person come and meet me at his shop and I was out the door in less than 20 minutes. I didn't have to deal with anything and my car looks brand new. Best customer service I have ever had. I would give 10 stars if I could! Highest recommendation!

This place does really good collision repair. My SUV was rear ended. Some smashed directly into it and completely smashed in the bumper, back panel, shattered the window. I wasn't sure if the frame was bent or not. It was a pretty bad collision. I took my SUV to Collision Experts and they gave me the estimate without me having to wait very long. He said it would take about 2 weeks. My SUV was finished on time as he said. I thoroughly checked the paint job, checked the edges, checked underneath, checked the window and seal, I checked everything. I have to say, this auto body work was way beyond

Wow! What great work. My car is like new. I figured the paint job would be fair, but the truth is in the details and the details in the paint job are excellent. No over painting or missed spots. My car was hit pretty good in the front end and had some vibrations going on after. There are no vibrations now and my car runs smooth and looks new. I really like the work this place does.
