I am a licensed clinical psychologist who has worked for over 30 years as a therapist and school consultant. My goal is to help individuals gain greater understanding of the challenges they face, identify the changes they want to make, develop the confidence to make those changes, and learn the skills necessary to do so.
I have consulted regularly within schools to help school personnel support students and design strong policy and protocol; and with parents to help them manage the formidable challenges of parenting teens and young adults. I work with all ages, from adolescence through adulthood, and offer a safe, caring, supportive environment within which to talk about one's challenges and embark on a path forward.

Services
My hourly rate is $150. I am currently an in network provider with most all insurance companies operating in Maine except MaineCare and Medicare. I will supply you with an invoice to submit to your insurance company if I am not in your network. I can accept cash, check, credit card or health savings card for payment, which is due at time of service.

Carol is hands-down the best therapist/counselor I've ever had or met. She takes exquisite care in her work. She has helped me for years and now I only come back maybe once a year just to talk through something. She's an amazing listener and I can most certainly attest many of my life's successes to this woman. I would highly recommend her.
