I have never in my life worked in such a toxic work place. My time at this salon was a terrible experience. The owner does not care/value her cosmetologist unless she feels threatened that they are looking for better opportunities else where. She does not know how to speak to her employees and constantly makes you feel terrible. I’m glad that they treat so many of their clients so well but I disagree with the fact the sometimes the owner prefers to make the cosmetologist look bad/ put the blame on them before correcting the client and I know the client always comes first, but there are instances

Our initial experience seemed to go ok as it was the first time to ever get hair colored. Unfortunately, the grey was mostly gone within the first month. To top it off we made another appointment for additional toner as the hair was mostly yellow even with using purple shampoo. When I explained the situation, Elizabeth wasn’t even professional enough to speak with me. She instead had a young lady set up the appointment. Then the day of the appointment they had no idea what I was having done. Once at the salon they not only rushed my appointment but treated me unkindly while applying and washing

I was fortunate enough to work with Elizabeth the owner herself. She took a few moments to step away to help one of her stylist. Understand time and quality is goinging into each aspect of your all around experience. A detailed eye is important so allow this time to be given to each individual. With firm hands she is effective and nothing less than a business women at hand. She was shown a picture once and executed with her own twist on it. From easy booking to getting me in fast! This was a superb experience.

Want to start off by saying how lovely the salon is. It was impeccably clean and that impressed me. My hair stylist Claudia did a fabulous job on my very fine and thin hair. She listened to my requests and followed through along with great ideas of her own. If you're in search of a topnoch hair salon,I feel this is it.

I have been going to Mystique for several years and find all the employees to be kind and professional. I have manicures, pedicures and haircuts and have never been disappointed. They go out of their way to accommodate their regulars and walk ins. I really like the spirit in the salon- everyone likes each other and helps each other out. No bickering that I have ever seen and I am there every 2 weeks. I actually appreciate that they keep things running on time so I am not delayed and they are ready. Worst nail salon I have ever been to. The girl at the front was outrageously rude! It was for my bridal party and they refused to give us a pedicure because we were 15minutes late. They said they were going to charge us full price for services they refused to do. And my mother in law booked this appointment a week ago for my bridal party! I asked to speak to their manager and the girl at the front refused to give me her number. My wedding is tomorrow! We went to the Nails Spa across the street. They we wonder and accommodating and half the price. If you want to be treated like crap and ripped

I’ve been coming to Mystique for the last 10 years. Elizabeth works magic with hair. Whether its a cut, color, up-do’s, styling, she can do it all. Her salon is welcoming, relaxing, and clean. The beauticians there always welcome me with a warm smile. Dana is exceptional when It comes to waxing. Daniela will leave your nails looking perfect! Highly recommend the salon.

Went here many times for a mani and loved the option of colors that were available. Not only that but they were so kind and generous. Service was amazing and I had such an amazing experience. The workers and owner are so generous and want to make sure that the job done is one of the best. I honestly have never been so pleased with how gorgeous my nails looked. I've been a client of Elizabeth Weber the owner of Mystique for 20 years! she has cut colored and styled my hair at various salons from Aspen to Glenwood and now at Willits in Basalt! It is her 2nd she has owned.
I applaud her for her years of hard work, her extensive knowledge and experience in the beauty industry, hiring talented people and expanding the services with this Salon that opened 4 years ago! Hair, Nails, Waxing, skin Care & Massage. It's a total success. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
She is my favorite but her other stylists and beauty technicians

I have been going to Elizabeth, the owner of Mystique, for many years. She does an outstanding hair cut for thick and straight shoulder length hair. I also do my pedicures and manicures there using several different manicurists. Downvalley prices. The salon is bright, light, clean with extremely friendly and pleasant personnel. You won't go wrong by trying Mystique.
