Marsha saved me! After receiving a terrible haircut somewhere else I called this salon in tears. She was able to get me in within a day and she spent so much time fixing the mess I had. She listened, asked questions, and made 100% sure I was getting exactly what I asked for. She takes great pride in her work and it'll be a sad day in Glenwood when she retires. I will have a hard time trusting anyone else with my hair from now on.

Aria is one of the best salons I’ve been to. I live in NYC & Miami and have a favorite salon in each city. I have to rate Aria #1 after my recent walk in experience. I used to live in Glenwood and here visiting. My trip was extended and I needed to find a salon that could do a good color & style. I walked in and Lauren rearranged her schedule to fit me in. She did an amazing color and style. So impressed that I just might have to fly here everytime I need a cut & color. Marcia the owner and Kyle were also very helpful and welcoming. Wow! I called the salon and was lucky to be squeezed in the same day. I went in after a horrible salon experience elsewhere, and Jennifer and Marsha actually cared! They highlighted and cut my hair exactly to how I asked and gave me several tips on hair care. My hair is difficult to work with and they did wonders. Not to mention the atmosphere of the salon is very welcoming, Kyle had me laughing more than i could handle when I was there - great staff and very professional! I will be coming here now for all future needs.

A mishap in directions and communication with a client led me to waiting in front of this salon. While I was only supposed to be in that parking lot for about five minutes, it was closer to an hour. I also had forgotten my leash for my dog. I was in the process of making a leash, when the owner of this salon offered to help, and then one of her gracious clients gave me one of her extra leashes! I can't vouch for their work as I have never been a client, but it looks very professional. Besides that they are incredibly kind people!
