Dr. Hamby and her staff have went above and beyond the last nine months making sure I was taken care of. She and her nurses answered every silly question I had and they were there when I was so exhausted making me feel like I could make it to the finish line. They made sure I knew what to expect and understood having a plan was important to me. I felt fully supported the whole nine months.
Dr. Lassiter assisted in my C-section and completed rounds when I was in the hospital recovering. He was great. I never had met him before but he took time to make sure I was okay and recovering. He was so professional

I went here at 1 a.m. I was home by 2:30. The experience was amazing. I barely waited 5 minutes & was called backed. Checked in by the nurse, 10 minutes later the doctor was in the room with a plan of action. Nurse gave me my meds & shot. Waited 30 minutes because they wanted to see how it reacted to the meds & shot. Once they saw it was clearing I was discharged with prescriptions. Everyone was happy & energetic. Ive had such wonderful experiences here.

The labor and delivery nurses at NOMC are amazing! I came in for a scheduled induction and was walked through the whole process by these awesome ladies. After two days, my daughter was finally born and I’m so thankful I had these supportive nurses to cheer me on in the process. LeaAnn was with me for most of the time and always made sure that me and baby girl were ok. I don’t know the team of nurses that were around me when I was pushing but they definitely made me feel safe and empowered. Thank you L&D of NOMC! ❤️

I came for my sleep study and had to do two nights. One for the initial study and another for c pap titration. I have Medicaid so their sleep lab was my only option. The staff is friendly enough but there are only 2 (that I saw) there and they had more than one patient assigned to them so the amount of time it took to get hooked up was drawn out. For instance I arrived at 8:15pm my second night and did not start my study (allowed to go to sleep) until nearly 11:30pm. Scheduling kept going back and forth with my drs office about paperwork both times and then they did not relay that I would be arriving

This morning my husband and I were waiting for labs to be done in the waiting area of the hospital when we noticed an elderly gentleman walking with his walker. He would walk a little bit and have to stop to rest. I walked over to the check in desk and asked if someone could take a wheelchair out and help the gentleman trying to come in. A young woman named Taylor who was working the Registrar Desk, helped bring this gentleman in from out of the cold and made sure he was signed in and at the right place he needed to be. Taylor is an asset to the Hospital and I just want to brag on how compassionate

Given the circumstances this was a pleasant experience! I was taken in with Exellent care from the ER, the admissions process, and my care on the floor! Nurse Karen who checked me in went well above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable on the floor and was being cared for! I have nothing but high praise for all I encountered. Very high praise for the cleaning staff as well; everything was sparkling clean and they came to my room every day and ensured it stayed that way!

North Okaloosa has cared for my mother several times over the last years of her life and has always provided compassionate care.
The ED provided end of life care for not only my mother but my husband and I.
They were professional , caring, and compassionate.
I am very proud Crestview has such an outstanding facility.
I felt privileged to have you take care of my mother in her last hours.
The two ED MD's, PA, Nursing, Radiology, Resp. therapist were all wonderful, kind, gentle and considerate of her wishes.
Thank you North Okaloosa for all you do for our community and my family

Despite of what Ive been hearing, I always give them a good shot.
I had a hard time breathing, so we decided to bring myself to ER, these people were so helpful and caring! Thank you again to all of you! Especially To my nurse Mafus (for letting me borrow your charger) and being so patient and for being so detailed on every steps.

My son was taken by ambulance when he was dehydrated, lethargic, and had extreme diarrhea. He stayed for 4 hours and only received Tylenol as he was leaving. He had to use the bed side toilet and wasn't given tissue. He had to use rough toilet paper on an already raw bottom. I was crying because I felt helpless, and they didn't even have a box of tissue in the room to dry tears. He never saw the doctor until he was dressed and signing out. They did blood work, vitals, and a CAT scan. We were told he had a sinus infection and he would have to be transported to another hospital for further testing

I wish there was a way to rate the hospital facility and the medical professionals separately. Since there’s not, I am going to clarify how I reached 3 stars. I’m going to start with the condition of the emergency center. I’m giving it 1 STAR. The room was dirty and very worn. Dirty worn floors, damaged cabinets and walls. TV wasn’t working. The bathroom needed to be cleaned and there were no toilet seat covers. The facility really needs a thorough cleaning, repairs and updates. See photos. HOWEVER, the staff and medical professionals are 4 STAR. Everyone was attentive and caring. Though
