Dr. Joshua Kolmetz was born and raised in Baker, Florida. He graduated from high school in 1997 as class Valedictorian and moved to Gainesville, Florida where he completed his undergraduate degree with high honors in 2000. Jonathan Aspinwall grew up in the Crestview, Florida area.
He graduated in 2009 with his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of West Florida and in 2014 with his Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama.Dr. Dennis Stewart, a Crestview native, has been practicing medicine for 32 years. He graduated from University Of Florida College of Medicine in 1986 and specializes in general surgery.

Amy is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. She has been with our team at Main Street Medical for the past 2 years. She began her medical career as a Registered Nurse in 2004. Prior to becoming an ARNP she worked in the Emergency Department at North Okaloosa Medical Center for 5 years. She is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

If you need a covid 19 test and are not a patient here already, I would suggest to stay away from this place. I was charged for a televist without being told I would be as they told me they accepted my insurance. I tried to speak to the billing manager about this and she was unable to help. Told me she would have the office manager speak to me by a certain time but when I called back after the time, I was told the OM either left early today or just wasn't in today.

So Main Street medical was the office that I went to for my covid test. I tested positive. After 8 days of a fever and horrible cough. I called Dr. John and he gave me some meds that helped me tremendously. I am all better now. I just want to say ty Dr. John, not only were you extremely professional but you also listened to me and calmed my nerves at a time when I needed some reassurance. Ty ty ty a million times over !
