Parallel Edge came to the rescue yet again. I was having computer problems today, so I called and spoke with Saundra, who was very helpful and pleasant over the phone. Matt called me back a bit later, and as with every other time he's helped me previously, he quickly determined and fixed the problem. I've spoken with Robyn and Jonathan also in the past, and they have always been very professional and helpful.
Another thing I have so appreciated about all the people I've spoken with through Parallel Edge, whether over the phone or when they have come to the office, is that I have never felt less

Parallel Edge rocks! Our ISP went down in the middle of the night and all of our automated backups kicked in. But with COVID we have many remote users who VPN in and need to reset their connection manually to our backup. Parallel Edge promptly drilled down to the immediate issue and offered me clear communication that I was able to quickly pass on to my staff. 100% consistent with the awesome service I always get from them.

I have used Parallel Edge as my IT company for 15 years. I'm a sole proprietor and while I wear many hats and am successful with many aspects of my business, I am not a computer whiz! If I can't fix it by turning it on and off a bunch of times, then it's time to call in the pros! I'm grateful to have a great IT team that I can rely on when things go wrong.
