When we started ITSG to provide IT support in Philadelphia back in 1987, we didn't set out to be different. But, in retrospect, it was inevitable. For even though we knew computers inside and out, our background was in business. We saw information technology as a set of business tools that could help a company become more productive and more profitable.

We have been a customer since March of 2018. Working with IT Services Group has been amazing. They have a team of individuals who are available daily to help our staff with desktop support, printers, scanners, phones, and timeclocks. They made us aware of potential problems with our servers and backup systems before the problem occurred and gave us multiple solutions to choose from. They made the transition of migrating our Gmail accounts and google drive to Microsoft 365 seamless. They are quick to respond and very flexible. I would highly recommend them.

I've used ITSG since I opened my business in 2003, and I couldn't have done it without them. From the very beginning, they've kept everything running smoothly, and have kept us on the right track. They've helped us to grow our business and had all of the technology solutions we needed at the ready. We're entering a new phase with Voice over IP phone service and cloud server services, and Mike and Craig have all the bases covered.
