A Sunday rental is any item out between 1:00pm and 3:00pm (12:00pm and 1:00pm during winter hours) on Saturday, and is due back by 8:30am Monday for a 1 day rental. For you to get the best value for your money, return all items on or before the date and time DUE IN on your rental contract.

I've used Dean's for years because they are nearby and I like shopping local. Their staff has always been helpful. They used to offer shorter rental times and today I rented a sod cutter and had it for literally 20 minutes. When I returned it 20 minutes later, they charged me almost $70 for 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I'll be taking my business right down the street to Sunbelt.

We rented a stump grinder today and had trouble with it. Wrote a review here and was contacted the same day, after hours with a solution to the equipment problem. We understand that machines have problems sometimes and feel that Dean's has given us a reasonable solution, and we were happy with their responsiveness.
