I placed an order for a standard bounce house the day before my daughter's birthday. I had to use them because we lost the card to place we usually use. They did get me in and delivered the bounce house earlier than expected. I'm giving 3 stars because it rained the day before and they didn't clean the house out when they set it up. No disinfecting or anything. It had like a weird smell to it. They didn't come to get the bounce house til the next day around 5 pm. Also, I noticed they didn't put down no hooks or sandbags in the corners or anything to hold down the house. I told the owner or whoever

Absolutely would recommend Bouncers R Us to everyone. Last minute rented a unicorn bounce house with slide for my 5 year olds birthday. The price was incredibly reasonable, they were very friendly, and extremely flexible. Will absolutely rent from them again! We had 15+ kids who had an absolute blast! Thank you!

Rented a Tent, tables and chairs, for my wedding at my home in Trafalgar. These guys were GREAT from the start. I callled and left a message to call me back, that I would like to see about renting and cost. Callled me back within 10 minutes. Gave me all the information I needed and also sent me a picture of how the tent would look after setting it up. They came and set up the evening before, like they said they would, and came and picked up the day after. Made everything go smoothly for our wedding! Even with calling 3 days before to add tables and chairs! They were all very friendly and helpful

No showed with tent for my daughters graduation party. No explanation or communication from owner. He never answered his calls on day of our event. He was then rude to friends who gave negative reviews. Told one person they showed up and my husband said we never ordered a tent. He told another person that left a negative review that she needed to "get her facts straight!" and proceeded to post a picture of a tent that was supposedly at my home. He has yet to try to communicate with me about the mishap. Just own up to your mistake and quit trying to cover it up with lies.
