I would give this place a negative 1star if I could. Went there for something simple such as printing a label and shipping a package. Myself and my friend emailed the shipping label to the email that the gentlemen told us to. After 30mins, he kept saying he couldn't get it. I tried on my phone and on her phone. Both our sent inboxes confirmed that the email was sent. The gentlemen argued and said it was our network, which doesn't make sense being she was with ATT and I was with Verizon. Asked him if we could just log on a computer to pull up our gmail to just download the shipping label

Very unknowledgeable staff led me to waste about 2 hours of my time, as well as driving all over the island, on a matter where time was of the essence. I called and asked a very specific question, which I was told they could deliver. I get there and ask again, the guy confirms a second time. As we are about to complete the transaction, he realizes it can not be done. Total incompetence. Don’t ever come to this store. As a small business owner, you are much better off using a UPS Store, FedEx Office, Staples, etc. At least they know how to get the job done.
